Overall my trip would be deemed pleasant with no hiccups. Check in and check out was done quickly without fuss. The hotel room is basic with what you would expect for the price category. The main advantage is that this hotel is conveniently located with many makan shops located nearby.

They were so kind to upgrade my room to a suite coz booked 2 seperate rooms for my sister too.As usual service from front office, staff at lobby including doormen,housekeeping and cafe serving crew were simply amazing.Room standard super clean and never once failed our expectations.Their breakfast is always packed coz food variety was wide and today I had the best chicken stock in my porridge ,it was so delicious that I'm thinking to return to Batam again...soon....just for the porridge...lol....
