The service provided is excellent. It is located near the Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Lucky Plaza, which is convenient for me when shopping and buying food. I will consider booking here again.

The front desk staff is very nice. The room is not big. It may be a new hotel. It is quite clean. The location is also very good. There are many food downstairs. The breakfast is delicious with many varieties.

Stayed in this hotel multiple time when I am in Batam with my wife.
Excellent hotel with alot of nearby ammeneties.
Breakfast provided was good with many choice.
Hotel is stonethrow away from Nagoya Shopping center.

Overall hotel location is good, lots of eateries
Hotel team is very professional, helpful, informative. The best I ever encounter!
A point deduction on "Cleanliness" as when we checked in at 10pm, the table is still with food stain from the previous guest. The toilet glass door is missing, water splashing out.
But nevertheless I will still come back to this hotel again.
