We stayed for two days and soon after we checked in, the air conditioner started leaking. I notified customer service and they said they would send a technician to check it out. However, after waiting for 1-2 hours, no one showed up. We then ignored it and placed the hotel's trash can on the leaking area until we checked out.

Multiple stays here. Still my favourite hotel due to its location and price. 5 minutes from harbour bay ferry terminal. Nice comfortable bed with strong hot shower. Nice coffee house on 4th floor. Good security with parking available. Will be back again.
