Excellent service n location that my family extended the stay! However, the hair-dryer broke down and repaired twice, and toilet bowl flushing was not strong enough! Minor lapse of service though, but still excellent hotel recommendation!

The hotel is clean, ear lots of eatery and 2 mall. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay the next time we go batam

A decent place to stay for a day or two. Location is within walking distance to Grand Batam Mall. Breakfast is scrumptious and on the whole, my daughter and I enjoyed our stay here.
