Upgraded to balcony room on the pool level mornings can be bit noisy due to main road surrounding- but balcony good to have morning coffee. Good gym and pool

Room spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Ferdi was very friendly and helpful during check-in. The stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Hotel is in very convenient location beside Nagoya Hill shopping mall. Good breakfast spread. Highly recommended.

The mattress needs to be replaced as it is too bouncy and will disturb my partner even when I am tossing and turning. The bed will vibrate badly.
