It's was my first time experience stay in this hotel,but i really surprise and nvr imagine that i will have good stay and was very happy,once i reach early i went to the reception amd check wether have available to check early,but this receptionist girl name Indah was so good and offer us to register first that later on if have room we can straight take the key by mentioning our name.and she was so good to let me stay same floor and side by side with my hub friend.enjoy it and satisfied with the all different breakfast we had everyday.will surely came back to stay again when we came batam.

The Hotel location is good, cleanliness is good but small things like pillows are not good for sleeping bcos of too thick and necks not comfortable.

Every time I go to Batam, I definitely stay at this hotel... there's a hot water jacuzzi... the breakfast is really delicious... it's close to Nagoya Hill... the staff are friendly... basically, it's really great.

Excellent hotel. Breakfast buffet spread is huge and has lotsa varieties. Room is spacious and I got a free upgrade. Within walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall (only 1 min walk). Very satisfied!
