Excellent location beside Grand Batam Mall, rooms were also tastefully furnished and very clean! Also wonderful service from very helpful lobby staff.
Only room for improvement was the breakfast selection -- there was a good variety but the quality of food was pretty average/ disappointing for a 5-star hotel.
