Very good experience for my first time staying at Ando. Selected Ando after reading good reviews and on my arrival, didn’t know that Nagoya Mall is just a walking distance away. About 2 minutes across the road, and not forgetting there’s a convenience store next door. Did my proper check-in and gotten my room around 5 plus after doing my nails and did some shopping too. As my newly bought slipper (hook) came off, the staff provided me with the cable ties to securely salvage my shoe. Credits to the staff on duty on Saturday night. Will definitely book here again for my next trip. Side tip: Always go for grab and its very accessible!

Dear,Managent In charge I can say that Iam quite a regular in city central and Iam writing due to my unpleasant stay and treatment from 1 of your staff I eloberate a small build Chinese lady with a stuck up and rude outlook and respond to guest frankly let me give the management my point of view if this lady don't know how to respect guest and smile I guess she don't belong to the Service Industry.And I believe the management are not on the ground to see this problem so as a guest I pay and not staying city central for free so I demand a small respect from your hotel staff as Iam a guest .But for the pass few days this small build Chinese lady wearing city central uniform really piss me off as if she owns the hotel ,higher management please look into the matters as if this staff keep on having her attitude problem towards guest she can spoilt city central good names from the outlook of a guests perception.Management should take note about this matters seriously before the situation get Bad for your hotel outlook and please send her for a hotel course so she can learn to respect guests in future . GGuest UserBreakfast was good, variety was ok on the weekend, however need improve the variety bfast on weekday. We stayed for 5 Night on 14 - 19 Oct and staff were also very friendly, courteous and helpful, especially for Rafft for making our stay extra enjoyable with his great service. Comfy bed, and big bathroom. the location of the hotel is very strategic in the city center and if you want to go to the mall or look for other food options it's only walking distance.

GGuest UserHotel was mediocre. Room does not have minibar. Airconditioning works weirdly. Switched it on but cannot feel any cold air within the room. Had to switched it off and switched it on again and again to ensure it works perfectly. Heater was useless. By the time it hits the second person who wants to shower,theres only cold water. Raised it up but no difference. So didnt bother to raise it up again. In front of the hotel there was a massive construction with a lot of noise obstruction. No message was left in the room to inform us on the massive drillings that we had to face. Nevetheless, the balcony was a plus point. Your staff Bayu was great. Check in was seamless , he took the time to explain to us thoroughly and informed us on the channels that was showing WorldCup. The Google nest in the room was a plus point too! Which i think its very brilliant. Havent been to a hotel that uses a google nest as a form of communication to the Reception which is very user friendly. Netflix and spotify was available too! Walking distance to Nagoya which is fine. Provided a 24/7 in room spa services whch require a 30minutes lead time as well. It was an average stay. Could have been better.

DderrickawcwHere annually, because of its superb location - near a large mall, near several massage centres (my perennial favourite being Thai best), near several excellent food places (must check out Mickey Mouse 66, as well as the coffee shops in its vicinity), near several wholesale shops but they do sell individual items (fantastic branded knock-offs at fantastic prices). As for the hotel itself, rooms are large; with basic amenities and free mineral water. Concierge is reliably helpful, friendly and efficient. Receptionists (same air of sulkiness, whoever is manning the station, whatever time) and buffet breakfasts (why eat here when there are superb choices nearby) are consistently below average, whether the hotel was “Gideon” or is “Gideon by Aston”.

GGuest UserI don’t give 1/5 reviews. I am only triggered when the cleanliness and hygiene is an issue. This hotel gave me a room that I had to walk through a smoke reeked corridor. When I went into the room, I got a room that had so much wordless shakes than nods of approval. 1) Toilet was not clean. There was mold. 2) Room had to be “perfumed” with a packet of something hanging on the air con duct 3) ALL the towels in the room were stained. Asked for a new set and it was STILL stained 😳. 4) No shampoo as a 4 star hotel. 5) Recycled bed room slippers ( of which I am fine ) but it was stained with dubious stuff. 6) Room picture hangs precariously over my head. 7) The extra bed I paid extra for came without a bed frame and was placed on the floor. Housekeeping said it is like that 😵‍💫 Management has to do something. The poor housekeeping got a hard time from me 🙏🏻

GGuest UserBooked 3X Executive rooms reached early at around 9-10am but was given only one room for our luggages and told us only able to check in at 2pm so we went to shop and return only at 7pm to check in the remaining 2 rooms and to found out that the initial corner room given to us earlier on was having eerie vibes and so we went for a change of room but was told rooms fully booked on the same floor but after overheard the conversation from other hotel guest who came to check in found out that there are 2 remaining rooms left so we ask the receptionist again and got our initial room changed but we found out another problem whereas the Room type given after change and before change are also of the wrong room type deluxe room instead of Executive rooms as there is huge size difference in the room compared to the other 2 rooms.

GGuest UserI like the location of the BCC hotel very much. It is really convenient for me to go to A2 food court to eat and walk to two large shopping plazas and small shops. It is just a few steps away. In addition, I have a rich breakfast for four days. I have to surprise breakfast every day. Good to eat if you are not very demanding, other than that the swimming pool here is very large and clean because there are not many people swimming. The only downside of this hotel is that it is a bit dirty, the cleaning staff seems to be not trained, just clean 🧹 If you love cleanliness, it may not be suitable for you. If you choose this hotel, remember to bring your own towels, sheets, pillowcases, and hot water bottles, because although these things are in the hotel, they will make people shake their heads. In general, although it is cheap, I am a clean person. I will not stay in this hotel again next time. I really like the location of BCC Hotel, it's incredibly convenient for me to go to the A2 food court and walk to two large shopping malls and small shops nearby.Just a few steps away.In addition, I stayed for four days and had a rich breakfast every day, surprising me each time.It's good if you don't have very high expectations.Apart from that, the swimming pool here is large and clean as there aren't many people swimming.The only downside of this hotel is that it's a bit dirty, the cleaning staff seems untrained and does a casual job.If you're someone who values cleanliness, it might not be suitable for you.If you choose this hotel, make sure to bring your own towels, sheets, pillowcases, and kettle, as although these things are provided in the hotel, they might not meet your standards.Overall, it's affordable, but I'm a clean person and I won't stay at this hotel again next time.
