Aus familären Grunden waren wir wieder in Nagold im Hotel Adler. Sollten man das Glück haben und ein Zimmer im Neubau mit Blick auf Fluß und und Park erhalten, So kann einem. Nichts besseres passieren Das angebotene Frühstück ist gut und reichlich, auch der Service hier ,hat mir gut gefallen. Da das Hotel vor einigen Jahren in chinesische Hand über ging, möchte ich über das Restaurant nichts sagen, Besonders da der frühere Besitzer auch der Chefkoch war. .

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer im Haupthaus kann man bestenfalls als „Vintage“ bezeichnen, die Bäder stammen aus den 70-er oder frühen 80-er Jahren und sind fast schon wieder modern. Nur der festsitzende Dreck in den Ecken war nicht so charmant. Wer ein großes Auto hat, muss dieses schon sehr genau einschätzen können um die Tiefgarage zu nutzen. Die Einfahrt ist super-eng und an den ungünstigsten Stellen sind Installationen für wer weiß was montiert. Frühstück war ok, mehr aber auch nicht.

Sehr nettes Personal , urige aber moderne Einrichtung, man fühlt sich wohl und aufgehoben. Von Käsespätzle bis Roulade ist alles wählbar. Wer klassisch Essen gehen will, sollte hier vorbeischauen. Schwabenländle - Kost :) Bier aus der Region.

Bezieht sich auf das Restaurant: Wir hatten für eine Familienfeier reserviert. Ein größerer Teil der Gruppe konnte wegen Corona oder Grippe nicht kommen. Obwohl wir das telefonisch vorher gemeldet hatten, haben die Betreiber bei der Abrechnung 10,- EUR je fehlender Person auf die Rechnung gesetzt, ohne das im genannten Telefonat oder gar bei der Reservierung selbst anzukündigen. Diskussion war zwecklos. Ich kann nur empfehlen, im Voraus genau zu klären, auf was man sich einlässt. Wir werden natürlich nicht wiederkommen.
