Tutto perfetto, Qualità dei cibi molto valida e la scelta del buffet su tutte le portate fa un po’ mensa ma libera dall’obbligo di aspettare di essere servito. Per un’altra vacanza avrei storto il naso per le code inevitabili, ma in questo periodo è stato comodissimo così. Ottima vista su lago, camera spaziosa e pulita, personale gentilissimo. Unica nota stonata le comitive slave o tedesche che urlano e ridono in modo smodato. Non è una colpa dell’hotel, ma il personale dovrebbe tenere sotto controllo queste esagerazioni.

Eine organisierte Radtour führte uns in dieses unglaublich schön gelegene Hotel. Nicht nur die Lage auch die Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und die angeschlossene Gastronomie Al Fortino überzeugte mit Spitzenqualität auf ganzer Linie und entsprach nein überstieg alle Erwartungen. Spitzenmäßig war dann das unglaublich engagierte und freundliche Personal im Hotel und im Service das einem förmlich alle Wünschen zuvorkam, eine glatte Zehn! Absolut zu empfehlen. Dazu ein angenehmes internationales Publikum.

Certi ospiti della struttura dovrebbero imparare che alle 2 di notte ed alle 5 del mattino non è carino parlare ad alta voce e sbattere le porte delle camere.. considerando che non siamo a Milano marittima dov’è vige la vita notturna. Inviterei quindi i gestori a ricordare agli ospiti di rispettare gli orari di silenzio.. per il resto tutto eccellente!

What a wonderful stay at your hotel! We thoroughly enjoyed everything you had to offer. The highlights were definitely the delicious breakfast and the shaded terrace in the morning. The extremely friendly staff was the "cream on the cake"! Truly top-notch! One very small point of attention are the small shower cabins. However, this did not negatively affect our overall impression.

Stayed 13-15 June 2024. Spacious room with balcony view over Riva Del Garda. Free Shuttle service to lake. Plenty of restaurants surrounding hotel. Free afternoon tea served on the balcony. Wonderful breakfast with a view in the dining room. A very relaxing and memorable stay.
