It is located just across the street from the west exit of Nagasaki Station. It has a great location. If you like shopping, there are Amu and Youme nearby. You can also go to the Nagasaki Museum of Art and even Oura within walking distance. The hotel is new, well-equipped, quiet, and the room faces Mount Inasa. The service staff is also very friendly. The only small problem is that the disposable slippers are relatively thin, and they make a thumping sound when walking in the uncarpeted area of the room. Otherwise, there is nothing wrong.

I picked this hotel because it was right next to Nagasaki train station which made it super convenient to arrive and check-in without a hassle. The hotel is your standard Japanese style: very clean, comfortable and small. The check-in/check-out process was done via kiosk so not much customer service to rate. The price of the room was very reasonable, however, the thing I didn't like was the early checkout time at 10:00am instead of the usual 11 or noon at most other places. Other than that, this is a great hotel to stay at if you're visiting Nagasaki.

No frills, simple yet fully functional amenities. My family thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast spread & quality of food served. Onsen quality is better than some branded hotels found in the main city area. Our first time trying Dormy Inn and w are looking forward to the next!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Candeo Hotel in Nagasaki, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. Nestled in the heart of Chinatown, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making it a fantastic choice for both leisure and business travelers.
Additionally, the hotel is just a short 2-minute walk from bus stops, making it easy to explore the rest of Nagasaki with ease.
The hotel itself is modern and impeccably clean, which greatly enhanced the comfort of my stay. The check-in process is unique as it takes place on the 11th floor. Despite the initial surprise, the process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional.
The convenience of having various restaurants and convenience shops within walking distance is a significant plus. Whether you're looking for a quick snack or a full meal, you won’t have to venture far to find what you need.
Overall, my stay at Candeo Hotel was delightful. The combination of its convenient location, modern and clean facilities, and excellent service makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Nagasaki. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the city.

Family of four stayed in a room with 2 double beds.
Clean and comfortable.
Plus private sauna (3200 yen per person/2 hours 30 minutes). The kids had a blast watching amazon prime on the sauna, jacuzzi, and big screen TV. (Personal account) Swimsuit, sauna hat, bathrobe, towel. Lipovitan D, Pocari, fruit water.
When I asked, they brought me a sofa bed mattress pad and a thin comforter. The staff was also nice.
The only amenities were toothbrushes and short-sleeved pajamas. There was a set of lotion etc. in the sauna, but there were only two sets even though there were four of us.
Breakfast was 1300 yen and included a set of bread, sandwiches, coffee and other drinks.
It was a refreshing business hotel.
Personally, I liked the sauna.

The hotel is located in the business district, which is very lively. Everything is available on the first floor. The sound insulation is also very good. Parking is only inconvenient. You have to park in the parking lot outside the business district. You have to go around the business district to find it. If you drive too far, you have to go around. Got it! The counter is self-service, but the lovely lady at the counter will help you chick in. I will stay here again if I have the chance.

GGuest UserThe Staff are very welcoming with a vast knowledge of the local area and afar. Very friendly people. The hotel is minutes from the harbour next to a shopping mall which houses a food court in the basement with international foods as well as traditional local fayre. Next to the hotel is a Napalise Restaurant and a 7/11 supermarket.
The rooms are spacious enough for a single traveller with the usual amenities such as free drinking water, hairdryer, shower, clothing care products and for the first time ever I got a Bath-Bomb each day for the very deep bath-tub!
There are laundry machines on each floor which you enter your own made-up Personal Identification Number (PIN) 4 digits so that only you can open the machine, they take two hours for an average wash and dry for 600 Y.
I'd stay again without a doubt!!
Zzh3usWe were pitting this hotel against other chains like Dormy Inn and Candeo Hotels.
Richmond’s value proposition is that you pay less but have less amenities. The rooms are bigger that what we were comparing with but you do not get a public bath and you do not get free drinks and noodles. For the price I think that Richmond is good in that aspect. The hotel lobby is nice and pays homage to the Dutch visiting Japan eons ago as Nagasaki was the first place they came into contact with then.
It’s a typical chain hotel, but its located along the bar and nightlife street, though the events happening around that street didn’t bother us, I believe that the price is lowered due to the location of the place.
메메워니* Standard Family Room / 3 people (carry-on luggage: 2 x 28-inch suitcases, 1 x 24-inch suitcase)
The stay at Corusant Hotel Nagasaki Station 2 was really great. The location was great, from Nagasaki Airport, you could take a bus right to Nagasaki Ekimae, and it was within 10 minutes on foot (with luggage) after getting off the bus. Nagasaki JR Station is also close to the bus terminal, so it was good to take the airport bus again. The tram stop is right on the main road, so it was GOOD!
The standard family room consists of 2 rooms with double beds (the larger room has a large built-in closet, so you can hang clothes and store suitcases!), a common space with a kitchen and living room, a shower room, and a toilet.
Since it is a residence hotel, the rooms with beds were spacious and the common space was spacious, so there was plenty of space even after opening all 3 suitcases, which was really nice. You can also store suitcases before and after check-in!!
JJyylClean, comfortable beds and located nearby Chinatown. Room was a bit small so do take note if you have big luggages. There was a small table with 2 chairs in the room which took up a bit of space. I checked in rather late and the staff manning the reception looked overworked and tired, hence he didn't come across as really welcoming and friendly. When I checked out the next morning, it was him as well but he looked better. Breakfast was quite ok with a lot of variety. A near drive to Dejima wharf. Recommended for couples or solo travelers.
WwwhosambirThe lobby is somewhat dated but has a retro charm to it. I stayed in a standard double room which is spacious enough for one person but would be a bit cramped for two. The room seems to have been renovated recently as the fixtures, furnishings and appliances look quite new. The small balcony overlooking Glover Street is a plus.
The staff at the front desk, concierge and the restaurant are all super nice and helpful.
The location is very convenient. The Oura Cathedral tram stop is just down the street and many attractions such as Glover Garden, Dejima, Confucius Shrine & Museum, Holland Zaka, Gunkanjima Digital Museum are within walking distance.
JJonathan12The location is very good. It takes only 4 stops by tram from Nagasaki Station. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the commercial street, where there are all kinds of stores. Several famous attractions are directly accessible by bus or tram, without changing buses. The hotel provides free ramen supper every night, free Yakult in the morning, and popsicles in the afternoon. It is so comfortable to buy a cup of milk with popsicles for 140 yen after soaking in the soup.
인인간맨It takes less than 10 minutes to walk from Nagasaki Station. Just cross the overpass.
Go up the road to APA Hotel, but it takes a bit of stairs and a hill, so it may be difficult if you have a lot of luggage or heavy luggage.
The owners are friendly.
The partitions in the room are opaque, so it can be bright even if all the lights are turned off at night.
You need an eye mask. There is only one shower and toilet, so it is recommended to come in earlier than other guests and wash up. The same goes for the morning.
HHKJWAt midnight, the woman next to my bed suddenly open my curtain, it happened twice!!!
She is so rude and I’m so afraid, since there is no staff at night, I cannot ask for help immediately.
This is such a bad experience for me.
Other facilities are very good, bed and room are clean.
I think I’m bad luck to have such a bad and crazy roommate!
GGuest UserThe location was very good and the room was spacious.
It was great that tourist spots like the port for Gunkanjima, Chinatown, and Glover Garden were all within walking distance.
The bus stop was only a minute's walk away, so it was easy to go to Inasayama Park at night.
The entrance can be exited in two directions, so it was convenient to choose the one closer to Chinatown or the bus stop.
There was a convenience store next door, and the gyoza restaurant nearby was delicious.
The bathroom was tiled, but there was a bathmat so it didn't bother me.
The bed was large and comfortable.
It seemed like they were thorough about hygiene, and the staff were polite and pleasant to serve.
This hotel made my trip a fulfilling one.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
