There is no soundproofing. The sound of cars and jr cars downstairs is not important. I can even hear the voices of people downstairs! And it faces the street! I feel like I'm sleeping on the street, and the hotel curtains have no light blocking. I guess I don't want you to get up and leave quickly before going to sleep. Otherwise, why isn't it soundproof?
