호텔 시설이 무척 깨끗하고 쾌적했습니다. 도착하여 라운지에서 편안하게 기다리다가 체크인 할 수 있었고 직원분이 무척 친절하게 설명해주었습니다. 라운지에는 간단하게 즐길 수 있는 음료와 간식들이 있었습니다. 방은 사진 그대로의 공간으로 매우 깔끔하고 만족스러웠습니다. 어메니티 구성도 굉장히 섬세하였고 드라이기 외에 고데기와 아이롱도 구비되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 조식은 일반식과 양식으로 선택할 수 있었고 두 가지 모두 맛있게 먹었습니다. 야외에서 즐길 수 있는 스파도 특별하게 느껴졌습니다. 호텔의 모든 부분이 만족스러웠고, 떠나기 아쉬울 정도로 행복했습니다 💕 다음번에 또 나가사키에 방문한다면 다시 이 호텔을 선택하고 싶습니다.

The hotel was lovely with spacious guest rooms with lots of luxurious details. The room lacked practical facilities like a place to put your clothes or suitcases which meant it looked cluttered all the time. The front desk staff were pleasant when they were there but seldom were able to be helpful. We were told that none of the restaurants on the property were open despite their posted hours, there was no option to send out laundry and even that there were no umbrellas available to borrow during a downpour. It was comical after a while! All in all, too much focus on luxury and not enough on the daily details.

お部屋は広すぎるくらいで、調度品や浴室、洗面台等も綺麗でした。 レストランのスタッフさんもとても丁寧でおいしく頂きました。 唯一残念だったのは、到着時に玄関やロビーに誰もいませんでした。 駐車場がわかりにくく、一旦地下へ降りて更に裏路地へ出てから再入場するという摩訶不思議な造り。 これでは初めての客には不親切ですね。 駐車場からフロントへ向かうも、ここも誰もいません。 後で気づきましたが、人手不足ですね。 部屋代はお得感有りますが、残念ながらこれじゃあリピートはありません。

Un excellent séjour, pour ne pas dire inoubliable !!!! La chambre est très confortable et refaite à neuf ainsi que tout l'hôtel. Le service est parfait et le personnel très agréable et même attachant avec une volonté de service au mieux même s'il ne parle pas anglais....merci "google translate" .😁 Le lit très confortable avec deux types d'oreillers. Bref un repos idéal. De plus près d'arrêts de bus qui desservent les points historiques à visiter.
