Clean, comfortable beds and located nearby Chinatown. Room was a bit small so do take note if you have big luggages. There was a small table with 2 chairs in the room which took up a bit of space. I checked in rather late and the staff manning the reception looked overworked and tired, hence he didn't come across as really welcoming and friendly. When I checked out the next morning, it was him as well but he looked better. Breakfast was quite ok with a lot of variety. A near drive to Dejima wharf. Recommended for couples or solo travelers.

Although it is located in the bustling Shinchi Chinatown, the rooms are quiet and the curtains have excellent light blocking properties, so I was able to sleep soundly at night. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, with a wide variety of dim sum and champon, making for an enjoyable breakfast.

The hotel is near Chinatown. Nagasaki city looks a bit old. It's nice to take the ropeway to see the night view. The hotel room is very small, especially the bathroom is very compact, like a temporary house. Breakfast is a nine-square tray, the variety is OK.

We used this hotel for an outdoor live concert!
We arrived early, just after 10am, and were having trouble with our luggage, but they kindly accepted our luggage storage, and we were able to check in early in the afternoon, which we were very grateful for.
There is Chinatown and a convenience store nearby, so it is very convenient, and the room facilities and amenities, such as rental umbrellas and coffee machines, are also well-equipped. The room was also very spacious, so three men could use it spaciously.
There were no particular issues, but please note that the microwave is located at the back of the front desk, as it was not written in the facilities guide.
Overall, we were very satisfied. It was a hotel that we would definitely like to use again if we come to Nagasaki again.

This JAL city hotel is lacking in room size, facilities and amenities as
Compared to other JAL city hotels. It’s a rip off in my opinion. Go to the ANA crowne plaza gloverhill. You do get much better value for money.
