We were a 70-year-old couple traveling together, and the best thing about it was the amazing night view. It was nice that we could see it equally from all the rooms. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were picked up and dropped off by a minibus from Nagasaki Station, which was convenient. The bath and breakfast were excellent. I would recommend this to my friends. The only thing that bothered me was that the refrigerator motor was a little loud. That said, I was tired from walking during the day and slept soundly.

The scenery of the hotel is beyond words, it is beautiful, but transportation is indeed a problem. There are not many shuttle buses, and the evening ends early. If you have late evening activities, you will basically have to take a taxi back. But the view and service are great.

The room is spacious enough for two people to stay. There are two types of baths, a slightly smaller observatory bath and a large bath of a affiliated inn connected by a passage, both of which were clean and comfortable. In the middle of the connecting passage, small information such as trivia about Nagasaki and Nagasaki dialect is posted, which is useful. Breakfast is a pure Japanese meal served at a table in the banquet hall. It was a small amount, but there were many items, and I enjoyed various tastes.
