Stayed here for 2 nights and it was amazing.
Service was exceptional, staff was great and helpful with anything and everything from luggage’s sent to our room while we check in, to helping to book restaurants within the hotel and even helped us to cut a melon we bought from the supermarket outside.
Amenities were great. Gym was big. We had Omakase lunch at the De Jima restaurant within the hotel and it was fantastic.
Hotel is connected to Amu Plaza which is a huge mall.

SshengdanhuThe location is superb, directly connected to the JR station and a large shopping mall, offering abundant dining and shopping choices. All major attractions are easily accessible by bus right from the hotel entrance.
To reach the hotel, take the airport limousine bus directly from Exit 5 of the airport. For your return trip, the airport bus stop is conveniently located just a 3-5 minute walk across a pedestrian bridge. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes one way, and timetables are available at the front desk.
The hotel's concierge service is excellent; they can help book the Mt. Inasa night view tour. This is very convenient as it includes pick-up and drop-off right at the hotel entrance, lasts about 80 minutes, and costs 2000 JPY per person.
As noted by many reviewers, the rooms are exceptionally spacious with great views, and feature excellent water pressure and strong air conditioning.

The lobby is bright and spacious, offering complimentary morning coffee and a microwave for guests. The self-check-in kiosks are very user-friendly; you just enter your booking number, and with Chinese language options, the check-in process is seamless and free of any language barriers. A 7-Eleven convenience store is conveniently located right next to the lobby, perfect for grabbing snacks and essentials. Our room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. As a welcoming gesture, the mini-fridge contained two complimentary bottles of water and two mango puddings. A complimentary hot spring ticket was also provided. We managed to book this room during a 618 sale event for under 600 a night, which was absolutely fantastic value for money! Overall, a five-star experience; I highly recommend staying here.

The location is great, with easy access to key attractions and transport, though finding food in Nagasaki can be a bit tricky, especially early in the morning. That’s why I highly recommend booking their breakfast—it's absolutely the best. The spread includes everything from traditional Japanese dishes to international options, and the quality is outstanding. It's definitely worth paying extra for, and you won’t regret it. The hotel’s service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The Chinese-inspired decor added a unique touch that made the atmosphere even more special. Given the excellent service, beautiful facilities, and amazing breakfast, this hotel offers great value for the price. Highly recommend!

While the meal prices were a bit on the higher side, enjoying delicious food with an incredible ocean view made it entirely worth the cost. I loved being able to watch the sunrise right from my room, and the hotel even provides a shuttle to the lighthouse so you can catch the sunset too. The hot spring facilities were superb; I spent an entire day exploring all the different onsens and saunas. The complimentary cafe, where you can grind your own beans for fresh coffee, was another lovely touch.

GGuest UserThe room is an apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom, which can be lived in as usual. It is much more spacious and convenient than ordinary hotels with only a small bedroom. The advantage is obvious. However, there is a certain distance between the front desk and the accommodation, and the signs are not very obvious, so it is a bit difficult to find; the instructions for returning the room card by self-service check-out are not very clear, and some improvements are needed.
