Bathrooms were unclean, bad water, ac and tv was not working and also their room service is unpleasant overall it was a highly expensive worst experience in vellankanni

Pathetic wash rooms with foul smell every where. Worst pillows, linens. There was not even a room spray in the entire property to get rid of the stench in the rooms. No restaurant/kitchen. Plastic tray-packed food dropped in the rooms in the name of breakfast. The room is not in velankanni, somewhere in the neighboring village.

I have booked 2 rooms, both are neat and clean. Instead of booking other hotels nearby the shrine i will recommend this.

Poor cleaning, used bed sheets and pillow covers, bathroom not clean. No coffee heater for this facility away from hotels. Noticed 60% variations in charges on different dates.
