Damaged main door, unable to lock, window glass used in room is tinted transparent

Rooms door lock was broken curtains were very short for the windows and bad drainage smell in bathroom and about complimentary didn't give a proper response. Overall not worth the money.

Hi, the room given was not inside the actual resort but on the first floor where drivers were provided to stay. No proper bath and water supply and not properly maintained. As we had no other option i stayed there for one night It was late and raining heavily so we had to stay there itself despite discomforts.

Toilet/bathroom was terrible. Power went off and was woken up by staff at 3 am. Dilapidated building. No maintenance of property

Very courteous and receptive..important feedback: please flush the tap water for a few minutes as soon as enter, as the settled (black) ground water will be flushed out and then you keep getting good water .. so don’t panic… it’s normal in these places and far better than cities..

Pleasant stay with adequate space for family, kids play area etc, good in nature. Its located away from the crowd area at sirkazhi. Can be enjoy with family and friends
