This is my 4th time in the observation bath, the sunset over the Sea of Japan is the best, the sashimi is delicious, but this time it was the worst, the boiler in the observation bath broke down the day before, there weren't many customers, the boiler was in a bad mood, all my personal information. Since I'm aware of this, I think it's okay to contact them.The other guests are also dissatisfied, and I don't know why they came after driving 300 kilometers, but even if they cancel on the day, there are other places to stay. I had no choice but to stay overnight. I was shown to a room, but it was cold even though the air conditioner was running. I waited for 30 minutes, but it didn't warm up. The waiter was kind enough to bring me a fan heater, but the air conditioner was also grumpy. I was asked to enter the facility at the time, so I wanted it to be warmed up.When I was moved to another room, the air conditioner was not working.Dinner time was also terrible.The sashimi was not delicious.Perhaps because of New Year's, the wind blows behind the ceiling every time.
