The room was extremely unsanitary. There were fingerprints everywhere, the bathroom had poor ventilation and was full of mold, the refrigerator couldn't be opened because of the built-in desk, and the breakfast was just fine. I'll never use this again.

I often stay here because it's cheap and conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from Nagaoka Station.
Smoking was allowed in the room, but it was well cleaned and there was no smell.
The room had twin beds, but there was only one outlet around the bed, so if there are two of you staying, you will need to either bring your own power strip or use the outlet on the dressing table at the foot of the bed.
The hotel overall seems a little old-fashioned, but the price is cheap and it's in a good location, so I will definitely stay here again.
