The hotel is a first-class setting, with a fountain and a swimming pool. The three meals a day were plentiful and exceeded expectations. The Naftalan baths, with a physical exam before entry, were a unique and therapeutic experience.

新開的酒店，包含一日三餐，感覺比外面的飯店💊豐盛且美味的。為了洗石油浴專門來的，酒店的設施都特別新，員工和遇到的住客對中國人都特別友好，接待處有一個小哥能説英文，別的地方靠翻譯器溝通沒有障礙。需要注意的是酒店週六日是不提供石油浴及其他療養服務的，衹有周一到週五才能洗石油浴，週末衹能正常使用游泳池及土耳其桑拿設備。

Больше всего мне понравилось как делали процедуры ванны и парафин, в номере было очень красиво и чисто убераються тоже хорошо, я улучшел бы кровати они твердые, подушки 1 одна мягкая одна твердая но от мягкой толки нет,воду приносят в большом количестве

Мы впервые были В Нафталане и выбрали отель Sun City. И очень рады, что выбрали именно его. Оставались в номере 518. Резервацию очень удобно и быстро сделала нам прекрасная Джамаля ханум. Она же нас поприветствовала в отеле по приезду и разместила в номер.Трансфер со станции был организован очень удобно. Сервис, медицина, еда, чистота на самом высшем уровне. В ресторане хотелось бы особо отметить работу администратора Мурада и официанта Мурада. В медицинском отделении очень любезно нас принял, выслушал, дал полезные советы главврач Али бей. Медсестры Егяна, Гюльшан,Гюльнара, Махнура, в нафталановой ванне Сабина ханум, в парафине Дурдана ханум очень добросовестно выполняли свою работу. Уборкой в нашей номере занималась очень чистоплотная Максуда. Благодарим руководство отеля Эльдар бея за такую команду. Нам так понравилось, что мы продлили проживание еще на 2 дня и решили отдыхать и лечиться теперь только в Sun City.

Одновременно с большой грустью и чувством восторга пишу этот отзыв, потому что сегодня мы уже уезжаем. Хотим сказать огромное приогромное СПАСИБО ЗА ВСЁ. Если оценивать этот отель от 1 до 10, то мы даём максимальную оценку 10. Спасибо Эльнуру, он большой молодец. Официанты под его руаоводством работают великолепно. Спасибо повару за оооооочень вкусную еду. Спасибо музыканту за прекрасные танцевальные вечера, ребятам из рецепшена за отличную работу. Массажист Баирам большой молодец. Мы очень довольны нашим отдыхом и обязательно вернёмся ❤️

Хочу написать не просто отзыв, а благодарственное письмо сотрудникам санатория SunCity Naftalan. Мы с супругом отдыхали и проходили курс лечения в снатории в марте 2024 первый раз и остались очень довольны. Прекрасные номера со всеми удобствами очень чистые и аккуратные. В помещении очень чисто и светло, приятно проходить процедуры. Лечащим врачом назначился курс лечения в зависимости от показаний, лечебная база санатория мощная. Питание достаточно разнообразное, все вкусное и свежее. Отношение персонала доброжелательное , начиная от администраторов поселяющих в номер, медсестер на процедурах, массажистов, до официантов и горничных. Спасибо всем огромное. Особую благодарность хочу выразить массажисту , благодаря массажу супруг просто ожил. Его руки дают здоровье, заряжает оптимизмом. Высокое мастерство массажа. Очень рады, что попал именно к нему. Благодарны ему за тактичность и врачебную этику, свойственные порядочным и знающим специалистам. Так же попали на празднование праздника Новруз. Очень было весело и интересно. Каждую неделю был концерт с живым исполнением. Мы под большим впечатлением. Но самое главное -это конечно лечение в нафталановых ваннах. Собираемся посетить санаторий еще не один раз! Бронировали через сайт naftalan.city и получили хорошую скидку)
