We had a truly wonderful 3-nights stand in this fabulous and traditional 400 years old house, lovingly restored by the hosts themselves. the story behind the property is incredible and you can feel the passion and care in every detail. our room was cozy, peaceful and full of charming touches that each told a part of the house’s story. everything was spotless and super clean with the excellent bathroom products- a real touch of luxury. breakfast was a highlight each morning beautifully prepared à la carte using delicious regional products. it was a real treat to start the day that way Rodrick and his lovely wife were outstanding hosts- warm, knowledgeable and happy to share tips and stories that made our stay even more special. the village itself is beautiful and perfectly located for exploring the area.we truly enjoyed or time here and hope to come back soon. Eine ganz wunderbare traditionelle Unterkunft. Das alte Haus ist allerliebst von den Gastgebern persönlich in 7 Jahren mit Herzblut restauriert worden. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr besonders: man bekommt einen kunstvoll erstellten Frühstücksteller mit regionalen Köstlichkeiten. Das B&B hat zudem eine gute Lage und genügend Parkplätze gibt es auch. Schaut es euch an und genießt selbst einen Aufenthalt dort.

It was cute and quaint. However, I had to feed coins to make the air conditioner work and the bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was good, a little light for me…and I could only have one drink, I like 2 cups of coffee and juice in morning. Overall it was pleasant but I probably won’t stay there again.

Excelente.
Los propietarios son encantadores, atentos y cien por cien dispuestos a resolver cualquier duda y recomendación. La casa es preciosa, muy bien rehabilitada. Con gusto y céntrica la ubicación, perfecto para moverse por Gozo. Desayuno exquisito con cinco modalidades para elegir. Las fotografías del alojamiento son totalmente fidedignas a la realidad. Muy recomendable. Tanto la isla de Gozo como este alojamiento merecen la pena por completo.

Stay at Il-Bàrraġ Farmhouse B&B during August 23
We had a very nice room in very good condition for the age and had the opportunity to eat a new breakfast every day.
The service was very great and we received many tips and ideas about the island of Gozo and its sights.
We would come back every time and would like to thank Rodrick and his wife for a wonderful stay.
