I wouldn't recommend this hotel for the British people or anyone else. Found only one receptionist who could speak English. No toilet paper in reception or bar area toilets. The restaurant didn't cater for the British no labels on food so didn't know what you were eating unless you recognized the food. The pool area was strunned with cigarette ends and broken sun loungers. Has 10 days of football and sport on the bar area TV's with only a couple of people in the bar. The bar ran out of whisky gin coke and sprite and on one occasion water. No vodka for 4 days on an all inclusive holiday.

Terrible hotel not fit for purpose please don't waste your money. Rooms disgusting balcony very small only two small dirty chairs no table, view was flat roof with broken bottles and general rubbish. Pool area was filthy dirty pools broken sun beds all very neglected. On arrival had little lunch couldn't eat it. Left after two hours booked into another hotel which we obviously paid for.

Hôtel pourri et sale au sens propre du terme. Le personnel est tres impoli, ils savent offrir des services aux allemands et aux hollandais pour un peu plus de '' bakchiche'', l'eau est payante alors que vous avez payé le tout compris, les locaux sales, la nourriture est peu variée, impropre voire contaminée, les services sont digne d'un 1 étoile et encore, trop de choses médiocre... Bref à éviter si vous voulez jeter votre argent a la fenêtre vous savez ce qu'il vous reste à faire..

Disgusting rats nest .. if every hotel in the world is booked and only this hostel is available then stay at home ...lift broken ...75 stairs to our room ..air con broken . ..had to ask for toilet paper ..bar is a joke ...ran out of everything every day ..lovely beach though once you walk through the rubbish to get to it ..only about 4 / 5 people from the UK there...all felt the same way . Food was covered with flies ...guests were mostly from a non western country and were rude and ate like animals...Still had a amazing time in Tunisia though bit would rather cut off my bits with garden shears than stay at zenith again!...my gf says I'm being too complimentary and just reminded me that the mattress had no protection on it and probably had thousands of people's DNA on it !

Absolutely disgusting hotel. I booked with love holidays and they advertised a complete different hotel. I beg, please please please do not book this hotel. I am a very easy going person but my god. This is next level. Ruined the whole experience for us. Restaurant, pool and animation staff were lovely. Reception, management awful.

This hotel should come with a warning ⚠️ !!!!!! We were the only two English people there ,the food was Terrible when we managed to get some ,the room was an absolute disgrace !shower didn't work wall plugs were hanging out of there sockets toilet was disgusting ,the main pool was filthy dirty ,sunbeds wernt a problem but all broken ,never ever will I go here Again an absolutely disgraceful place .

My brothers, you go to this hotel and spend the night there, not just cleaning it early, it was good, but now they are not running it. The restaurant workers serve it well. The cleanliness is 4/10. They work according to the available capabilities, and in the end, it is a family place that goes with their family. Don't forget to take a trousseau with you and to clean the house that they provide you.

I can't I spent a day and a night of hell never again in my life he really made me hate Tunisia it's dirty the food even worse the hygiene 0 I spent the night scratching I didn't close my eyes all night it's just horrible as a hotel please avoid don't get scammed

La chambre était SALE ! Des taches sur le lit (froissé), des cheveux sur les oreillers, pas de shampoing, serviettes sales, draps sales. Niveau alimentation : c’est bien simple c’est infect. Pain sec, nourriture à base de pâtes au beurre, du poisson re congelé plusieurs fois car sec. Évitez cet hôtel à tout prix. Je ne comprend d’ailleurs pas comment se fait-il que certains aient mis 2 ou 3 étoiles. J’ai préféré quitter cet hôtel.
