Все понравилось, чисто, приветливый персонал, хороший сервис, интересный дизайн в коридорах, классная душевая, шведский стол на завтрак в ресторане, ощущение было что я в Хилтоне, очень здорово.

酒店非常乾淨，服務人員很熱情。早餐品種豐富。到俄羅斯的不同地方需要酒店出具落地簽，但是酒店沒有及時給。沒有這個落地簽在其它城市入住會有影響

整個酒店是新裝修的，房間比較乾淨整潔，毛巾拖鞋牙刷等物品都齊全，但還是建議可以自帶。
早餐豐富，餐廳的食物吃了兩餐味道和擺盤都很不錯。
服務也比較好，注意落地簽需要1-3天辦理下來。
有一天晚上外面機械到很晚還在運作，打給前台投訴後大概十幾分鍾後安靜了。
前台可以説英文。
整體還是比較滿意，推薦入住

酒店新裝修挺不錯的，美中不足的是房間的隔音效果非常差，跟住在隔壁的同時打電話，牆那邊傳來的聲音比電話裏的聲音要清楚。。。

Не порядочный бизнес партнер. Не компетентные сотрудники и алчное руководство. Не выполняют свои обязательства, меркантильные качества преобладают над честью и совестью. Со сменой управляющей все пошло вниз, качество, отношение к персоналу, клиентам. Регрес на лицо.
