Nous avions réservé 2 chambres dans la partie "bed and breakfast" (pas les grands chalet en hauteur ni la partie "auberge de jeunesse" avec salle de bain commune, etc). Les chambres sont dans un préfabriqué, le mobilier est moderne, c'est propre, mais les chambres sont petites ainsi que la salle de bain. WIFI ok. Il y a des volets roulants mais certains ne ferment pas jusqu'en haut. Le lieu est assez typique, juste devant un champ de lave mais on ne voit pas le lac situé juste derrière. Petit déjeuner inclus, il y a du choix et c'est bon. En soi le logement est correct pour une nuit mais ça ne vaut absolument pas ce prix d'où ma note de 3/5

Questa struttura si trova accanuo a un campo di lava ed è composta da tre cottage con 4 stanze ognuno e la sala ristorante in quello centrale. La stanza è molto piccola e non riesce nemmeno ad aprire la valigia. Anche il bagno è piccolo ma c'è tutto il necessario. La colazione buona e abbastanza varia. In evidenza il pane caldo locale cucinato nei forni ad energia geotermica, buonissimo. Come altre strutture in Islanda sproporzionato il rapporto qualità prezzo ma almeno questa si trova in una caratteristica posizione.

Cet avis concerne Hlid cottages, à savoir un des deux chalets proposés pour 5 personnes, avec cuisine et salle de bain (certains des commentaires ne sont pas à la bonne place, se référant aux chalets sans toilettes ni cuisine). Il existe donc 2 chalets de ce type, qui surplombent un champ de lave. La vue est tout simplement magique, hypnotisante, avec le lac Myvatn en fond. Les grandes baies vitrées font que l'on se sent vraiment très bien dans la pièce principale. Les chambres sont certes très petites mais c'est ok pour dormir, la salle de bain n'est pas grande non plus mais tout y est. petit bémol sur le ménage qui n'était pas optimal

Abbiamo soggiornato nel cottage. Bella posizione e bello l'arredamento. Attenzione il prezzo che si paga non è comprensivo di lenzuola e asciugamani per 4 persone Abbiamo pagato in più euro 92. Quindi da sommare a euro 330 per una notte. Per il resto il cottage è molto bello, con una bella vista. Le camere sono molto piccole.

Unfortunately had a very bad experience here. Upon arriving at 7 PM the cottage felt like it was 27 degrees. We found all of the heaters were turned to their maximum. Opening the windows to cool down the place wasn't an option either, since the house is surrounded my mosquitos/flies and others insects. After sitting down and the chair and it breaking down I felt like we had suffered enough and I contacted the owner to find a resolution. Her reply was that we should just open the windows, because the mosquitos "wouldn't come in", and if they did "they wouldn't bite". I wasn't willing to take that gamble so I booked another hotel nearby. It was a very disappointing experience that the owner and maintenance lady didn't show any consideration for the unpleasantry and acted like it was very normal to sleep in 27 degrees or with a house full of insects. No alternative was provided at all. Additionally, the patio was full with bird poop, and the barbecue couldn't be used due to the amount of corrosion. The place has potential, but with suck a lack of love and care for the facilities and a total lack of client service, it was a very disappointing experience for €440 per night.

Il cottage è in una posizione ottimale con vista sul campo di lava e lago. Sala spaziosa con ampie vetrate camera da letto matrimoniale un po' piccola. Cucina con tutto il necessario,bagno piccolo ma funzionale con tutto il necessario. Il patio esterno è molto bello, godersi un tè caldo con quel panorama è impagabile, c'è anche un plaid di lana. Se soggiornate qui salite sulla collina dietro, la vista è stupenda e fatevi un giro sul campo di lava

La calefacción no funcionaba, hacía mucho viento y entraba por la puerta, ventana etc, imaginaros como pasamos la noche… Para colmo para ir al baño hay que andar unos 150 m, no quiero imaginar si llueve como es habitual en Islandia, nosotros “solo” tuvimos mucho viento. Para rematar una chica que nos atendió fue súper borde, la única persona borde que nos encontramos en los 12 días, en fin, para no repetir jamás
