Ужасное отношение к отдыхающим! Нет никакой инфраструктуры для отдыха, не соответствует описанию. Нет ни горки, ни катка, только номер весьма посредственный и питание. Подходит для тех, кому нужен только номер и никакой развлекательной программы

Ездил сюда на мероприятие - всё прошло отлично. Ухоженная территория, для прогулок достаточно места, не шумно. Хотя отель находится у воды, но комаров вечером не было! Был угловой номер на втором этаже, звукоизоляция нормальная - улицу не слышно, разговор в коридоре за дверью был хорошо слышен. Номер чистый, присутствуют тапочки, халаты, полотенца (в том числе и пляжные), чайный и косметический набор. Мебель и техника в хорошем состоянии. По завтраку ничего сверхъестественного - голодным не останетесь. Кофе, как по мне, так средней паршивости. В отеле бесплатный хамам, сауна, бассейны - народу было очеень мало, приятно это приятно и возможно провести в них времени столько душе угодно.

Добрый вечер!Мы провели незабываемый отдых в этом отеле!!! Все плохие отзывы,это не про этот отель! Понравилось всё!!! И встреча на рецепшн,,и заселение раньше времени,,и обслуживание в ресторане,и все блага,которыми пользовались в отеле!!! Бассейн внутри,это вообще Вау!!! Чисто ,тихо,музыка!!! Номер ничем не отличается от пятерки в Турции,,небольшой,но комфортный,,все есть,,чисто , аккуратно,,,чайный набор,,белоснежные полотенца и белье!!! Территория небольшая,но ухоженная!!! Все доброжелательные,внимательные!!! Понятно,что не дёшево,,но это того стоит!!! Всем рекомендую посетить,останетесь довольны,как и мы!!!

I would like to note that the cost of our room was 9000, and we received a range of unpleasant emotions: there was a mended hole measuring 10x10 on the duvet cover, and one of the bathrobes was so frayed that the threads were hanging, all this spoiled the impression. After they replaced everything for us at our request, which of course pleased us, we ordered food to the room. By pure chance, which can of course happen to anyone, the waiter spilled hodgepodge soup on the carpet, the smell was persistent and unpleasant, it’s a pity that they charged us the entire cost of the order and delivery, as an apology they could not have charged money for SUCH delivery. I would like to note that the girl who cleaned the place went to the hotel administrator and we were moved to the next room, which was identical. The shower holder in the new room was broken, which was also a little disappointing. Otherwise everything is fine, but these little things add up to the overall impression, so they are important. Next time I will think about where to go to spend time pleasantly and comfortably.

Отдыхаем здесь парой и семьей уже который год. Все нравится, уютные и чистые номера, благожелательный персонал, всегда приятные бонусы от отеля (шампанское, фрукты, hand-made наливка и варенье). Завтраки, обеды и ужины - хотя ассортимент all inclusive не такой большой, но все очень вкусно, кофе и напитки качественные, качественный дорогой алкоголь. Детям очень нравится бассейн и сауна (бесплатно), пляж летом (бесплатно), боулинг (1400 руб/час), бильярд (1000 руб/час).

Отдыхаем летом, но уже холодно стало. Весь сервис и удобства будто отключились автоматом. Персонал ушёл в спячку, в отеле занято всего 3 номера, и даже тут двигаться и оказывать сервис не хочет никто. Закрыты оба ресторана на территории, закрыт бассейн внутри комплекса, предложили воспользоваться открытым, на улице...температура 16 градусов!!! выходит, что отдых в отеле это всего лишь аренда номера. К сожалению, клиентоориентированность на очень низком уровне.

Хороший отель недалеко от Москвы. Хороший номер, брали "стандарт плюс". Удобная большая кровать, чайник, телевизор, кондиционер. Собственный пляж, причал. Территория не большая, но очень ухоженная. Отличные завтраки, шведский стол. На заказ можно попросить яичницу. Шампанского не было ((. На территории бассейны - крытый (оч.маленький) и открытый. Недалеко есть магазины, около 1,5-2 км., можно, прогуляться или доехать на велосипеде. При хорошей погоде всегда есть, чем заняться. К сожалению, погода подвела.
