Excellent service by Harish Bell boy. Promote him to next level. Good response by reception. Room service is wonderful. Convention hall is very good. Neat and clean. Keep it up. All boys are doing wonder. Happy time. I can recommend to my friends.

It's the era of EVs so it's mandate that we maintain dedicated ev charging station and not let ICE cars park in EV zones we ended up spending 2 hours running around the parking area to get the ICE cars removed and 2 out of 3 charging stations were not functioning!! What kind of maintenance is this?? When asked staff responds that not many EVs visit our property...please consider having separate parking just for EVs since you have acres of land in the property also have more security staff to guide and ensure such parking is duly followed...we saw just one guy at the gate for the whole huge property...just not happening!! Also room maintenance has deteriorated lot of cob webs flimsy electrical fixtures/old bathroom fixtures not working in full capacity(jacuzzi especially) deep cleaning needed regularly..this was our 2nd stay after 4 years and prices are sky rocketed not justified for such mediocre facility. That said breakfast was awesome and staff friendly and responsive to calls....not sure if I'll stay again here given the price to property/facilities provided.

Excellent food by chef rupesh... And hospitality by silent shores.. nice garden space and swimming pool and best breakfast i have ever seen. Rooms are spacious and neatly maintained.. had a very good experience .. will recommend when you visit to Mysore

Amenities,facilities, hospitality were excellent,staff well trained and cultured and customer friendly.Inrate this facility as a excellent .Food was excellent and one of the best food ever in my entire business trip,chief chef Mr.Roooesh personally visited the guest for the feedback wrt the food. Finally Trip organizer Mr.Purushotham yadav and Raghavendra were excellent in coordination.Thanks to all.

The stay and the resort is amazing! The cottage and lake view was fantastic.. strongly recommend. Harish (Bell Boy) was very kind, warm and welcoming. The entire property has so much to offer for enjoyment. The breakfast was fulfilling. Had a nice time!

This is our first visit to silent shores resort We had a lovely stay here we stayed in classic garden room 419 room was so good and specious, well maintained good hospitality from all the staff members special thanks to Mr. Praveen and Ebin who took extra cares us, Thank you we will come back again , Thank you team

Very good food and great property very good and kind people good and clean rooms Niveeksha,Devika,cheta and sushmita were all very kind and good smiling staff Very clean bathrooms and good view. Good swimming pool Very good games in the game zone all enjoyed The garden was best

Really nice stay in the Garden View rooms. Pool is well maintained and indoor games (snooker, carrom, ping pong, foosball etc) also well maintained. Very peaceful environment with a beautiful lake. Lake stinks slightly at night time, but otherwise beautiful. Harish bell boy helped us a lot.
