Kabini as a location is very good. The resort is close to the backwaters. It is big and surrounded with trees, pet animals and great staff. However the maintenance of property is average which results in an average stay experience

We found the food to be average. The amenities for children were limited. The jacuzzi in the rooms were not working with hot water being available for only 3 hours a day from evening 6 to 9pm. Also the staff was complaining that since all the resort was fully booked the water for the jacuzzi got finished. The rooms are also very old g
fashioned and not very clean. Water was dropping from the air conditioner to the bed. We found it difficult to sleep.

Beautiful property amid-st nature, full of trees and plants and a lake next door. It was very calming and refreshing. Pool is very clean, food is very clean and tasty.

Property is well maintained, totally green and beautiful, located right on the side of river, food was excellent, as far as amenities and activities it can be improved for the price point. Overall we loved the stay with red earth.

Its heavily priced and doesn’t provide that great experience. Very average food, we have to pay heavy amount for safaris, and its far from forest entry for safari. Also not a friendly driver allotted even after paying this much. For amenities like jacuzzi and tv, we need multiple follow ups.

Excellent property...delicious food....courteous staff....excellent service...all in a homely environment. Their naan's,phulka's and aloo paratha's were awesome...special mention for the Kerala poratta is a must have. Rachel,Ravi and Adhi are wonderful hosts who go out of their way to make your stay memorable.
