Resort was very poorly maintained and washroom dint have the health facets to wash and rooms are stinking very bad and ac doesn't work atal. customer service is also very and they were not helpful in getting me a different property and couldn't help me in any way and he clearly told he cannot do anything from his end and also supervisor call back never came.

Do not consider for swimming pool as we need more gigine. We booked at the last hence good for just staying

Property is very closed to hug h way and it’s to risky with the family. No security, even security guard is having liquor at the office of the property. I saw him when i went ask him for the water bottle. No complementary water bottle provide, beds are also pathetic. Very poor hotel

It's not worthy for the cost they charged... no basic facilities provided properly.. everything on a request only provided with multiple follow up... overall exp is very pathetic..

Hotel is not maintained well, bed covers are not washed at all. Non ac rooms are at worst condition, each time we had call receptionist to open the door.

Room was clean. Service was good. It is very close to the service road (main mysore road, so it’s a bit noisy from the highway traffic. It would help if tea / coffee was available.

The maintenance level is quite poor - dust in the corners of the room, bathroom not deep cleaned for ages, no restaurant, play area & pool are quite shabby. I think it used to be ok, but since the highway is expanded and a flyover is being constructed right at the entrance, it has got into maintenance issues. It's bang on the highway, so there is lot of road noise that percolates to rooms and its difficult to sleep.

We stayed a night in this hotel. Location was good, not too far from city. Parking was available. However, this property has not maintained well. No in-house restaurant and we struggled a lot because even swiggy and zomato did not accept the orders. Hotel was not so expensive so we didn't expect much but if well maintained, this is a good hotel to stay in. Room was just fine and 24 hours hot water was available.
