Very nice hotel, excellent room (king the luxe high floor), clean, quite complete breakfast, shame about the chaos and the small space for the number of people. There are many families with children, even very small ones. The other difficulty is the very noisy air conditioning and very close to the bed and the impossibility of opening the window. In any case, really recommended.

We visit Mystic to see family. This was our first time at this hotel. We loved it. Easy tk park, great location in town and nice staff. We loved the outdoor pool. Room was clean and modern. AC was pretty quiet. Comfortable beds. Bright and clean bathroom. The buffet breakfast was pretty good and very popular. We want to visit again but pricing will be the main factor as this we not cheap.

The hotel was extremely clean. The room exceeded our expectations. Staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was prompt and respectful. The pool was enjoyed by the whole family. The hotel charges for breakfast and was the basic buffet style.

It’s been consistently AWESOME each year we’ve gone back for at least 6 years now! We always stay at the Mystic Hyatt Place when visiting family & friends in the area!

I heartily recommend the Hyatt Place Mystic! It’s clean, affordable, the staff is friendly, and its location is perfect—close to the water, restaurants, and the super cool Olde Mistick Village. This one of the best hotels of this class we’ve ever stayed at—can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay for the week at the hotel. The room was comfortable for our family and large enough for our luggage. The staff was extremely accommodating. It's in a great location - close to the freeway and downtown Mystic. Loved that the parking was free and easy. The entire property was clean including the outdoor pool area. My only issue is there isn't a dresser or anywhere to really unpack clothes other than a very small hanging area and 2 drawers but we made it work.

I’ve stayed at many Hyatt Place hotels and this one is among the nicest of them. Comfortable room, relatively modern. Close to the center of Mystic, which is a lovely New England town. Unlike most Hyatt Places, breakfast is NOT free at this one. It’s so mediocre that I’d save money and go for brunch to Oyster Club or one of many other good restaurants in the town.
