Centrally located with easy access to attractions, the accommodation impresses with spacious, clean rooms and friendly customer service. However, the peacefulness of the rooms is surprising considering its busy location.

Great stay at the hotel, across the road from the aquarium and a little village. Highly recommend visiting a bakery called sift downtown.

0 stars. Worst hotel and hotel customer service experience ever. We booked here on a room block and the hotel overbooked. I called the hotel to confirm my reservation a couple hours before check in and at that point they told me the hotel was overbooked. Their sister hotel was also overbooked. They booked a totally different hotel on my behalf, which was out of the way of where we were staying, and told me it would be covered. At the new hotel, they confirmed I was all set and just asked for a credit card for incidentals. Even upon check out they did not give me a receipt and said I was "all set". I got a charge in my credit card for double the amount I originally had booked with the Hilton. I have tried calling the Hilton and spoke with two different "managers" both of who were rude and unable to answer questions professionally and accurately. They also said it's standard practice for them to overbook to maximize profits. I've used Hilton for various different trips and have never had this terrible of an experience.
