The experience to stay in this resort was terrible. Front office staff was not at all having any clue on our reservation at the time of arrival. Indeed they have allowed a room which is terribly un cleaned. No parking facility at all. Bathroom was stinking and wash basin is in broken condition. Mattress is age old. No house keeping. No toiletries. Don't ever waste your money here.

The room was not cleaned for quite a long time. The bed spreads were not changed. Dust was there on the bed and the same was changed upon my request. A thick layer of dust was on there on the tea poy, tables and sofa. The wash basin inside the washroom was not cleaned and the tap in the wash basin was not working. Finally i came to conclusion that, the hotel managements would allot such shabby rooms to those who book the same.

room is good i had comfortable and peaceful stay here, room service is also very good, cleanliness wise it's good . location is excellent, it's near to mysore palace my kid enjoyed lot , overall it's good for me, thanks.. hygiene is good, worth for money.

Hotel location is nearby to railway station. Costs 50 bucks in ola auto. No lunch/dinner available in the hotel. Suggested to get food from outside in prior by the staff. Room (non a/c) looks cool and felt worth of the cost. Friendly staff. They also provide a bike for rental, make sure the timings of the bike usage and get it. Overall experience is good.
