Property was good but when we went for checked in, we had a long time to wait. Even they won't bother to greet & tell us how much time it will take to get room. We asked them they said.
Apart from this other things were good.

A good experience. Near to railway station market area. Zoo & palace is around 3 km radius. Only problem is regarding food. Hotel provides food options from nearby restaurants to be delivered in room to order food, dial 9 & they take order & deliver. But they charge too much which is not fair. I ordered a plate of a loo pratha which is 40- per one piece, when ordered i can understand there will be additional charges for delivery & room service but guy charges 240- per paratha & there is no fair policy. This is total fraud & i am unhappy with this particular thing. Otherwise, stay was good. Room was neat. I wanted the hotel manager to know this & take action on this

Room is more clean, but the food experience is very bad. As the hotel has no own restaurant if you order something they ordered from some random restaurant and give to you.
