Initially they denied my check in, they told we have no room spare. Then i talk to mm t customer care. After 30 min talk with hotel manager and mm t care. They provide me a room. No toiletries item was there. Washroom was unsatisfactory. Pub is there so much crowd there due to which family stay would totally uncomfortable.

it's very high price for Mysore and they not give breakfast till 9.30 am and argue with us that we have not mentioned that the timing is of breakfast is not mentioned. so breakfast is served at whatever time the hotel wants or at the convenience of the customer. please don't book this hotel as they are very arrogant.

1. The hotel doors are locked at 11PM and will not open in any case or emergency. 2. After 11PM no phone response from properity owner. 3. Toilet rooms are stained badly and not good. 4. In some rooms AC dose not work 5. In all the rooms TV does not work. 6. no blankets given . 7. No good maintenance on a overall scale of 10 only 2 can be given. only good things are the mattress and room boy come reception guy. you will be locked by 10 and will not be allowed to move out.. neither any parcels can reach you or you can order. Very badly maintained by the hotel owner with no good etiquette or customer centric ethics. would never suggest anyone

Its very old property by looks and nothing looks like photos-family restaurant was on going renovation and closed. It was just an average stay nothing more.

Good stay in outskirt but on the main road which has access for all needs in walkable distance. Reception incharge mr kumar was very nice and his service was very good.
