Room and washroom are very good and had two double cot beds which were very neat and clean. Check in and check out was easily and quickly done

I booked a AC room and the hotel staff gave us a room where AC wasn’t working and misinformed us that it will be fixed by evening. We had to move to a different hotel at 10:30pm in the night. Very disappointed

The check in expected at 1 pm but we got the room at 2 pm, Room bathrooms are not clean, staffs communication was not properly understood, cupboard hinges broken, bedsheet dirty, AC not working properly
