The rating must definitely must be fudged for starters, this place has the worst cleaning staff ever they should be fired immediately. I wonder how they live if this is what they think clean is. For starters I walk into a room and both beds are unmade yikes! Nasty! Creepy! Cringy! I wasn’t sure if someone else was booked there at the same time. Super scary! I had to get my thoughts organized as what to do, I text them they change to room thankfully and also waaayyy out of my comfort zone of cleanliness and I’m not really that picky, I can deal with the shabbiness if I have to but at least be clean and yes it is super shabby and extremely basic actually less than basic to be totally honest. When I arrived there was a man on ***** just walking about I just froze and tried to act like I wasn’t freaked out but thankfully he just kept on going but it’s in a weird spot way worse because it’s off season. The towels and sheets are dinghy ah and the rooms need a really good scrub down the furniture needs to be tossed out it’s trash basically it’s that shabby sawdust cheap furniture that has seen way better days, the mini fridge freezer had so much ice in the freezer that the guest can barely fit one thing in it, no exaggeration. I forgot to take a picture of that but I did take pictures. Yuck is my review never again. And it was very nice outside but freezing in the room, what a nightmare. No iron or blow dryer a real horror show avoid this place like the plague if you value your piec

No hot water, dirty, poor linens, no lock on the door, torn cortins. Will not recommend unless you have no other options

Absolutely do not stay here. We just left two days early on our honeymoon trip, we got married Saturday and from check in. It has been nothing but issues here. The closet was broken so you couldn't hang up your clothes, the drawers on the dresser were broken, which fell out and cut my husbands leg open, the light in the bathroom, automatically turn the heater on which was so loud. It shook the whole room, there were no knobs on the bathroom cabinet, so you couldn't store things, the toilet paper holder was broken, and the TV barely worked, and wifi barely worked, the patio door had no lock on it. Someone had broken that, so you had no safety lock. In addition, we had no clean towels provided to us, or anything else we called over and over again, and the same lady would answer the phone, being very rude us. Then today we got a charge for $300 out of her bank account and the lady messaged us on our phone and said that she charged us $300 for soiled towels and sheets and comforter. She didn't texted u S back and said that it was only supposed to be $150 but they never put the other 150 back. It's crazy enough that a place would charge you for soil and towels and sheets, especially on your wedding not call me when all you have to do is wash them, but we said fine if we have to buy them you need to let us take them with us, but she would not give us those either, we have called every number, asked people at the hotel, and been to the office several times and nobody but her answers the phone and she refuses to give us management or owner information. We are leaving two days early because of her and are beyond upset.

Very nice place! The booking process was so easy. They were very accommodating with early check in. The room is exactly as pictured. The location is great also. Very close to everything right in Myrtle beach. It’s been a pleasure! Will stay again!

I had a great experience clean and modern room ,close to the beach nice staff. the virtual font desk was new to me but I liked it, it was easy. we went on a family trip and didn't have a hotel so we decided to book this one since was close to the beach. no regrets!

Such an amazing facility! It is a great location and we loved the self check in process which was seamless. The property was beautiful and the rooms newly renovated and super clean. I hope to come back soon.
