Wow Discrimination against there own Employees WOW! I WOULD NOT want to stay there.!! Handicap chair in pool really wont ever be actually fixed, When I walked to my room on the 4th floor near the elevators it was hot then cold then hot again. They must have an AC unit that's going bad. This was not fun either, when you ride there elevators they jump and the doors take multiple times to close. The washer I used leaked and broke down in the same week I was staying there. Also found out there commercial dryers keep breaking down, cause when I order towels for my room they cut how many towels I got saying dryer was down. Also they are WAY Under STAFFED. They only have 1 person for the entire building for there evening shift. Not good!!

She provided us with valuable tips to enhance our experience, such as where to find free parking if we wanted to go to the beach. The personalized customer service she offers is truly unmatched. This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. It also had all of the amenities I needed. A warmed pool, free breakfast, a room with a separate door from the living room and a whole kitchen!!! The front desk workers were extra accommodating and sweet. Best hotel ever!!!!

As soon as we walked in, the place smelled amazing!!! And it smelled like that the whole 4 days!! The beds and pillows were comfy!! The only problem was, the shampoo and conditioner and hand soap were totally empty, which I thought was strange because the room was cleaned and things should have been filled after the guests before us left. I sent a text message, (because that's what they said to do if I needed anything) and they said they'd send someone right up. We left for the day and when we returned, the shampoo and soap were filled, but no conditioner, so I texted back and got no response. When returning to our room hours later, I texted again and they said someone had just filled it. I checked and it was finally filled. (These things were minor and fixed upon asking) The only other complaint would be the size of the garbage cans. They were super tiny (about 2 gallons) with a 13 gallon garbage bag in it. They only held one large to go box. So we had to take the bag out and set it on the floor to add more to it. They clean your room every other day, so the garbage gets pretty over filled in them small cans. The woman at the front desk, the cleaning ladies and the ones keeping breakfast stocked were very friendly, talkative and nice. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was heated and felt so good after a long day walking around sight seeing and shopping! We would definitely stay there again!! I love when I walked in the room and saw how they welcomed me on the tv!! ❤️

The Homewood Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach Coastal Grand Mall is beautiful. We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were wonderful, thank you for your hospitality.
