Homewood Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach Coastal Grand Mall

This facility is immaculate. I was told it was built about 3 years ago but it looks like they built it this year. The only complaint I could possibly have would be the pillows and sheets did have a strong bleach odor but who complains about anything being too clean. The front desk was very helpful with their recommendations. I was staying here on a business related matter. The small continental breakfast was presented beautifully & it was free at no cost. No points or credits under my rewards were needed like most Hiltons I’ve stayed at. I think this town is a beautiful place all around from what I saw leaving from the airport heading to the hotel. I wasn’t able to venture out much but I will say that I will be back with my family for a vacation here and I will stay at this specific hotel just because of their cleanliness, hospitality & location. I am a Hilton Honors Gold Member and I travel a lot staying at Hilton hotels only. This was by far the best property I have had the pleasure to visit.

This hotel is wonderful next to airport didn't hear the planes very. Clean breakfast is very good the people at front desk are all nice and cheerful . Plenty of places to eat in walking distance. The mall is in walking distance. Very close to all of attractions

We were happy with everything except for the water pressure in shower. Everyone were kind and polite. Will continue to stay there when I visit Myrtle Beach. The hotel is very convenient regardless where we drove or walked. The breakfast was ok. It was also very quiet and clean.

I really loved the location as well as the staff. Especially Jordan, Julia, Jessica, Jina, Rob, Toni, Roxanne. Must not forget the night manager Tim as he made sure all guest feel like they are at home way from home. Breakfast is out of this world.

The hotel is extremely clean. Staff is amazing and breakfast was delicious! A must stay! there was outside pools and waterfalls for young kids! Outdoor sofas with lights and fire pits give the ability to relax outside in the courtyard! You won’t be disappointed!

I asked about shuttle and was told there there was none. Found out they do pickup from airport. Room clean and fresh. Breakfast nothing to write home about. Eggs not tasty and chicken sausage did not appear good. Just was not what I expected from Homewood Suites when I have been to several others that put out a great breakfast.

This is a newer hotel and very clean. We checked in early and Mara was very polite and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was plentiful. Pool seemed nice with a small child splash area but we didn’t utilize it. There was a sitting area outside with a gas fire pit. We will definitely return when visiting Myrtle Beach.

Good local for day trips. It is close to the airport. The breakfast is good eats! The facility and grounds are very well kept. The staff is helpful and awesome ( Tim & Jessica) kudos. Great pool. Would stay there again and recommend you do so too.
