Great beach, great pool. You are also on the river so you get the best of both worlds. It is a super nice 2 bedroom apartment. We go as a Timeshare owner, and the rooms are always clean and well kept. Great location between Broadway at the beach and Barefoot landing and all the restaruants.

They raised the price of the apartment during booking - a $ 600 price increase. Unfair to customers. I would not recommend it.

Terrible experience, fridge did not work and wasted $300 worth of food. Management did replace the fridge with a fridge from another unoccupied room, however that one did not work rather. Getting ahold of someone after 5 is almost impossible

Very few places offer a view like Sands Beach Club. The sandy beach is right outside your door and every day was sunny and pleasant.

Great place for vacation. Ocean view and beach area was excellent. The desk clerk and staff were great. Condo was clean and comfortable. Everything was in place from the kitchen to the bathrooms . Beds were comfortable and the setting was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better place to relax and enjoy. Certainly hope to come back soon.

We have stayed at Various places on Shore Drive. This is the first time here. Would recommend to anyone and would stay again!
