Hosting a big conference and I have been amazed by the personalized service from the team here. I am a one-woman show and rely heavily on the hotel staff to assist me. Laura went above and beyond to locate my packages so I would be prepared for my golf tournament and Joseph went two extra miles to pre-load them into my car for the following morning! I am one happy business leader!

My front desk experience was perfect. Laura was very knowledgeable with the amenities and local dining. She really wanted to help with everything. Joseph was helping with my cellphone and kindly participated. I will be back on the next trip with Bojangles

Laura at the front desk along with Joseph was very helpful in finding our reservation and helping us with dinner reservations they go above and beyond any expectations we had here at the marina Inn. We will definitely come back in the spring with the wife and kids.

Laura, Sheryl, at the front desk, and Joseph, Loss Prevention were VERY HELPFUL! They were very kind and helpful. They made sure all of my needs were met. Joseph made sure that I was taking care of. He went above and beyond to help me! I wish every place I visited had GREAT FOLKS like them!

It is impossible to explain how accommodating and friendly the staff of Reflections at the Marina Inn are, our entire group of over 20 people have never felt so welcomed! Joseph, Michael, and Julie consistently went out of their way to go above and beyond making sure our party was taken care of. It seems like customer service these days is a lost art, which is why it was so refreshing to have such a wonderful experience. Every single person I was with noticed the top tier service and hospitality provided by these three and said that they truly felt as if we were apart of the Reflections family. Just a special group of people that go above and beyond to make sure their guest are having a wonderful trip. Very rare to find such wonderful people that actually care about the guest, everyone staying at the Marina Inn needs to experience!

Just made a reservation for this property and spoke with Gail it was her first day on the job and she was amazing, knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. She was a pleasure to talk with and made me feel very comfortable in choosing your hotel for our visit. I also spoke with Trish in reservations and she was so pleasant. This property has two jewels on their staff. Looking forward to our stay and hopefully getting to meet Gail and Trish to thank them in person for their help in choosing your establishment. My wife and I stayed here over this past weekend, and wow! We had a slight issue with parking due to another guest - nothing the hotel could've done about it, but I mentioned it to the hotel staff when we arrived inside. Bre (at the desk), Michael (in the bar), and Joseph (management) could not have been more attentive & helpful! I barely even cared that much about what was going on, but casually mentioned it, and the three of them sprang into action, and really impressed me! Will be back, for sure!

Visited on vacation Cons: Rooms smelled a bit musty. The lighting inside is not too great. Pool bar was closed. Wished we could have went to the private beach but was first informed we could but the front desk staff said she was unsure of the details. We checked back the next day and the answer was no as that service is only done during certain time frames.The private beach with chairs, umbrellas and towels were one of the MAIN reasons we booked this hotel. The hotel staff could be a bit more friendly. Pros: Location of the hotel- Grand Dunes. It was not crowded. Hotel grounds are clean. Housekeeping came everyday. Pool was great. It was also located right beside Ruth Chris. The view is amazing by the dock. Overall, it was a great stay.

We spent 1 night with an online deal. We got what we paid for...Mold above tub and nasty stained chairs. I'm guessing booking direct is the way to go. We didn't notice the mold in the bathroom until after it was fairly late otherwise we would have asked to switch. The website also listed that they had airport shuttle service, which they did not.
