Pools are amazing! The pillows are the BEST! I stayed in a OV suite this trip and it was a lot better than a regular room even though a regular room is nice as well. I love sea crest and it’s my go to. The staff there are friendly for the most part. There is certain ones that aren’t so friendly or welcoming but it’ll be okay. That won’t stop me from coming back. Also, they provide you with everything you’ll need for your stay like kitchen supplies, extra blankets..etc. I wish they’d upgrade to ROKU televisions but the regular ones work fine. I just like having my hulu while down there. I do find that I always have a hard time getting my 100$ deposit back when I check out. They tell you the hold will be taken off when you check out but that isn’t true at all. It takes awhile and it’s always a different story when you call the office to see what’s going on. Sea crest is definitely a 8/10, for sure.

Room was Clean and comfortable, bathroom worked with no issues,kitchen worked as it should. No condiments included. Property was clean, 8 of 9 pools open, 9th being the outdoor lazy river, being painted should be open now. Outdoor Tiki bar was a plus and bartender Josh was outstanding. The egg samwiches at the internet Cafe were fresh and good. Hats off to those two girls.

Our stay was fantastic! Room, view, and staff were amazing. Several heated pools to choose from, great location for families! Starbucks coffee in hotel awesome! Looking forward to our return trip and stay at Sea Crest! Room was clean and well stocked. Deepest bathtub that I have ever seen, loved it! Heated pools with great water fun for the whole family! Parking garage was free and easily accessible with elevator. Hotel location is awesome!

I sent a client to this hotel and they( and I )were treated like Crap) My client had Cash for the deposit and the Desk 'BOT" would not listen to anyone We begged them to take the cash( we ere not in a position to give a card) They made checkin a horrendous experience and embarrassed us beyond repair BAD BAD Customer Service If I could give a negative rating.....I would Stay Away

Very busy and not really regulated. Guests should be given bracelets to swim to keep the non guests from overcrowding the resort. The “cafe” needs a lot of work- from the service to the quality of the food and coffee.
