This is the only place we stay when we visit Myrtle Beach. It has a lot to offer and everyone is helpful and friendly. Can't wait for Level 6 to be completed.

Overall we had a good experience here. There are minor things that could have been better but I think the currently ongoing renovations will solve those issues. Everything we needed was provided. We had all the basics (towels, soap, etc) we also had plates, pans, silverware, dish soap, and a broom for the sand. Room needed updated. There was a crack in one bathtub at the faucet, ceiling and finishing need redone/ updated. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was clean and stocked. Appliances in good condition. Kids loved the pools. Indoor lazy river needs work but the outdoor one is awesome. Kiddie pool with shipwreck water feature is fun and a kid favorite. I have 3 kids ages 10, 9, 4 and they all loved it. Beach front was amazing and chairs are provided. Location is perfect! Love that we can walk to family kingdom, attractions, food, and plenty of shopping. We walked to the pier at night and that was fun also. Needs a lobby but assume that will be in the renovations. Was hard to find a cart to load/ unload car. Staff was pleasant. Once renovations are done we will be back!

Lovely stay and super convenient with kids, in the middle of everything. Beautiful ocean view. Pools were kinda chilly for me but the kids enjoyed all the options

Loved my stay at captains quarters. Great place for family fun. Perfect rooms, great beach access, water parks, lazy rivers, hot tubs, pool bar with great drinks, and some of the best burgers I had at Loco Gecko. Definitely will be back!

Our room was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pools were clean, lots of pools, and just steps away from the ocean. My nephew had so much fun in the pools, we had a great view from our room. They sell Italian ice by to pool. Parking deck is attached to the resort. For now the front desk is located next door at the Loco Gecko restaurant, while they are renovating the resort, from the photos it looks like it will be even better when they are finished with the renovations. This is my second coming here, we will definitely be back, looking forward to it.

Last minute planned trip even though they were remodeling the place was amazing my grand daughter loved it with all the things to do from all the pools , sand lot, arcade and hula dancers

The room is spacious and clean. They dont really have room service and they are hard to get in contact with. You have to pick up your own supplies if needed. It is convenient to other areas. I would stay again.

Overall a great family vacation. Kids friendly, clean rooms, clean exterior, friendly room service and great food at the locko gecko. My family are saying that they want this to be our vacation spot again next year. Walking distance to parks , restaurants and convenient stores. My only complaint was they didn't meet my request for a lower floor due to a disability. They also didn't give my gift for sharing my stay on social media. I look forward to my family vacation there next year.

We stayed here in July 2025 for a week, while we were there numerous times the elevators had people trapped, was stuck on random floors and just in general not working. Never have I stayed at a hotel that charges you $63+ for additional wash cloths after only giving you 4 for a family of 3 for a week. Even on the sheet of paper we got in our hotel it says to ring the desk for additional towels, nowhere did it say we would be charged. When we asked for the towels again nobody said we would be charged, they just charged us without any communication. We asked for our sheets to be changed to which we were told that nobody will change our sheets, but they would give us sheets and we would still be charged.. for changing our own sheets. They have a nice pool and wonderful bar staff and that's about as much as I can say that's nice about the place.
