We are RCI members and this was an exchange through RCI. Our stay was in mid-November of 2025. We really enjoyed out stay here. All the staff (front desk, bellhop, maintenance, and especially valet were very courteous and friendly. Any request was handled quickly. We didn't use any of the amenities (too cold outside to use the swimming pools), but overall, the hotel was very clean. Our unit was well supplied, comfortable and clean. We really appreciated the "courtesy" valet service (no charges) since we had a handicap placard. You cannot park at the hotel. The parking garage is a short walk away (1 block). Really appreciated that you could not operate the elevator without using your room. This made us feel very safe. We definitely would stay here again. This stay was in the off-season, so staying here in the peak season could be somewhat different as far as quietness and using amenities. Not far from Broadway on the Beach and Boardwalk/Skywheel. Having a car would be very helpful for entertainment and restaurants.

The hotel is in a great location on the beach. The check-in experience was great and Desiree abd Brandy went above and beyond to facilitate the process. There are certain perks that go along with being a Diamond member and the staff beyond check-in was lacking. Priscilla at the front was non-chalant about my grievance regarding housekeeping banging on the door before checkout and the checkout process. Probably will look into other options before staying here again.

This location was fantastic. We had a one bedroom facing the ocean and had great sunset views everyday. The room was spacious and clean. I love the text service they have where you send a message and someone is at your door in minutes. They have a few small pools, one of which is heated and two hot tubs. You are steps from the beach which was clean. They have a complimentary valet service for those with handicaps, otherwise they have a full service garage about a block away. The area is safe and you are close to "Myrtle Beach Broadway".

Great location- our stay was in November so crowds were very low. Attentive and helpful staff. Clean, great views, loved the unit. Wished there had been a broom in the unit- we always took off shoes and sandals at the door and yet sand at the beach will always find a way- nothing terrible but would have been helpful. Great place.

Our unit was on the 20th floor with a fantastic view of the ocean. Check in was fast and easy without any pressure to attend presentation. Room was clean and had everything we needed including midweek cleaning. Be aware the parking garage is across the street unless you choose to use valet parking. Two complaints 1.bath towels were thin and worn out 2. Someone above us was outside on balcony constantly smoking cigars even though smoking is not allowed. We did alert front desk.

We’ve stayed at the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Anderson Ocean several times now, and once again, it did not disappoint. Somehow our reservation was lost, but the front desk staff were extremely accommodating and genuinely apologetic. Since they couldn’t locate our original one-bedroom reservation, they created a new booking, then upgraded us to a two-bedroom suite. While the resort itself could benefit from a few updates in certain areas, the Hilton suites remain modern, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. We especially love the convenience of the full kitchen and the easy beach access. The addition of the new elevator security feature is a great touch too—offering extra peace of mind for guests.

The property location is quite convenient to the Myrtle Beach tourist area. I exchanged my regular timeshare for six (6) nights with an oceanfront two-bedroom condo. The staff is terrific—especially the valet parking service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The view from our 21st-floor condo was stunning. The unit was fine overall. The kitchen equipment, however, is in dire need of replacement—from cooking pans and prep bowls to essentials like a whisk and other utensils. I purchased a decent whisk—simply for making breakfast eggs and pancakes—and left it for future guests.

The location is great, nice views and walkable. The hotel has been slowly just not focused on people and the little things. They use to have your bed decorated with towels in small animals or duck, leave candy. Now the bed sheets feel like your staying at quality inn and just the basics are losing focus.
