Family trip for vacation. Average at best. Little pricey on bar food. Pools were clean and pleasant.

The resort was immaculate, with plenty of activiities for my family. The room was huge and clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Very poor tv reception! The tv system providing the connection to watch any channel was way to slow. Unable to watch anything through resort provided tv service. Very odd layout of rooms, but very spacious. Newer furniture a plus. Beds were fine. Old pipes a big problem! Pipes made a very load popping/clicking noise when unit above used master bath. Very nice staff. Grounds had trash in spots that stayed for days.

We've travelled to more than 50 countries and the Sheraton Broadway Resort Villas was one of the best vacations we've had thanks to Raven and Jodie's attention to planning and details. They are the best!!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In building 12, they said was recently renovated. Very spacious, large sectional sofa and dining table. Decor was very nice, comfy beds, good a/c. Everything in kitchen was good, the extra fancy cups and plates were a bit surprising. Dishwasher was pretty quiet. Pool was large, just shallow, majority is 3’, deepest is 4’11”. Great location. Only dings was mold in shower- we picked up some bleach cleaner, master bath shower is smaller and balcony is smaller. Grounds were very well maintained. Also first time in condo that clothes dried in one cycle. Would definitely stay here again!

The vacation club resort is large. They must expect you to drive from place to place to use facilities but I was really impressed by the villa. In good shape and new and large enough for a large party. It’s a good value if this is a family trip. The pool was nice and the folks friendly. Solid option. Had some issues with the internet.

Used to be wonderful.
We go every year ut this year there was $400 in etra fees and deposits that we didn't know about until we checked in. Lots of duck poop in the pools, one hot tub was disgusting. House keeping never came our whole week and we had to call for towels. Other than that ot was great.

Went for a family vacation and it was so nice! The villa was spacious and clean, the pools were clean and warm, and the employees were so nice! Will be returning.
