HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE…. THIS PLACE HAS REALLY DETERIORATED…THE PLACE SMELLS HORRIBLE…THE FURNITURE BELONGS IN A DUMP…WITH CHIPPED PAINT ALL OVER IT…THE SOFÁ IS UNLIVABLE…WITH RIPS ALL OVER THE SEAMS AND STUFFING PROTRUDING.. THE WASHER/DRYER IS BROKEN…THE COUNTERTOP IS BROKEN….THE PLACE OTHER THAN TERRIBLE FURNITURE IS BARE… YEARS AGO I WAS TOLD THE RENOVATING WAS OVER…SO WHAT ARE THEY DOING IN THE SUITE NEXT TO THIS ONE? RENOVATING… AFTER CALLING VACASA AND SENDING A MESSAGE THAT SOMEONE WOULD BE DONE, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE…..ZERO…ZILCH…NOTHING….

I like to rate our stays from the best to the worst. Well unfortunately this is going to rate on the worst end. I believe the pictures for the place, was when it was remodeled because it has not been well kept. Very dirty; we cleaned the floor with a towel because we were sticking to it. Ceiling has a water leak in kitchenette hallway, stove & fridge are old and dirty. Turn the light on before going in the bathroom to give time for the small cockroaches to scatter. To get hot water for the shower you need to run it for over 5 minutes. We found if we ran the water in the kitchenette it would help, but at not much quicker. The toilet constantly ran, shaking the handle doesn’t help. There is a 10 digit code to get in all rooms. Our code didn’t always open the door & we found ourselves in the hallway for over 5 minutes. We made sure we kept our luggage zipped up and didn’t use the closet because it was gross. Okay now the plus side- you get a beautiful view of the ocean and they accept dogs. Of course there is an up charge for this.

Very pet friendly and clean. staff was friendly and price was reasonable. Air conditioner was a little loud drowning out ocean roar, but otherwise great place Will definitely stay here again

Our room was a little outdated, especially the bathroom. Our tub didnt drain very well. When we got there the air conditioner didnt work, how ever, they did fix that. Great location. They could simplify the number system to get into your room. For what we paid a night, i would expect somethinga little nicer. We had a great view.

The pools are nice, staff was not friendly or helpful. Do not sleep on the ccouch beds! It was terrible. We didn't feel safe at night, people knocking on doors for no reason. We have stayed here for 7 years straight and this was our worst experience.We really liked this place for years and it is pet friendly. I don't know if it is new management or what, but it was a disappointing stay.
