Fire alarm went off around 230am. The intercom was saying evacuate. My family took stairs to evacuate but It was a false alarm, scared my 7 year old so bad because he thought it was a fire because we had a bad house fire in the past. I could not get back to sleep. No apologies at checkout

When we checked in I had a mix up with what card I put my reservation on. The gentleman taking care of me was extremely patient and fixed it with no issues. We stayed in a king studio oceanfront suite. Our room had a full kitchen which allowed us to have breakfast and lunch everyday and save $$. I typically like having high floors when at the beach so I was worried about being on the 4th floor but we had an amazing view. The room was clean, organized, and well taken care of. The pool areas were always kept clean and the maintenance staff was right there fixing any problems that may be occurring to make everything run smoothly. It was amazing to see how hard at work all the staff was!

Was happy with the room was clean, had no issues with anything, and enjoyed the trip and stay. Noticed more people walking around cleaning and picking things up suck as towels and trash. Even cleaning parking garage areas.

0 service no room service no towls/rags no toilet papper Rude employee's Luggage carts can not get to 1st floor rooms because of 5 steeps you have to walk every thing from There. I do not recommend

Our recent experience at this establishment has revealed several areas requiring immediate attention. The customer service provided did not meet expectations. Furthermore, the room assigned to us did not align with our confirmed booking, and several essential amenities, including the dryer, .television, and a light switch, were found to be non-functional. The overall cleanliness of the room and the resort was also a concern. Additionally, we consistently had to request additional washcloths, as the quantity provided was insufficient for the number of occupants. This resort is not worth the price they want you to pay.

Staying here is ridiculous awful! We got here to our room ready to go to bed and not enough pillows when we booked for 5 people and a toddler. They expect two people to sleep per bed and only provide three flat pillows per bed. The pillows provided barely had stuffing in them! I requested to have another two extra pillows and they said they don’t have anymore when the ones in our room only have a third of the stuffing a regular pillow has! The guy at the front desk acted annoyed with me for calling about the pillows. Paying almost $400 per night, and they can’t provide proper pillows! I also had to call the front desk because the TV wasn’t working and the guy also acted annoyed because they actually had to work to send someone to come look at it! Waking up with a stiff neck is not their concern here, as long as they take your money!
