Do NOT recommend. As for the amenities, there are none. Tiki bar and Turtle Bay Cafe were rarely open. We stayed for 5 nights and only got to order from them once each. The mini golf was under renovation and the pools were cloudy. We ate downstairs at the Restaurant, service was awful. We ended up eating pastries from the Starbucks on site rather than anything else they had to offer. The hallway to our room is all carpet, smelled of mildew. While the rooms appear to be ‘clean’ the floors were gross and the showers didn’t drain. We never got a ‘Do Not Disturb Sign’. As for that, 2 consecutive mornings we were woken up by the housekeeping just walking into our rooms while we were sleeping. The parking is also an awful set up, very narrow. It’s more that likely that if you are staying on the 3rd floor you have to park on the 6th due to limited parking.

I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this 3 bd 2 bath condo was. Maintenance and housekeeping were very responsive when we needed new batteries for the smoke detector and a trash pickup. I took away one star because I felt like the shower floor wasn’t cleaned to my satisfaction and there wasn’t anywhere to place soap and shampoo inside the shower. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

It's a budget hotel/resort and you get what you pay for. The front desk staff was nice and checked me in quickly. The rooms looked like they had been recently refreshed with furniture and a nice paint job, but they missed fixing little things like a loose tile, part of the a/c was broken, and just generally wear and tear that could use some maintenance. I really enjoyed being walking distance from the beach and the pools were great as well. If you read the fine print on the website there is an extra resort fee and housekeeping fee. I understood the resort fee, since there were extra "resort like" amenities. However if I am paying an extra fee for housekeeping, I would expect housekeeping services to come every day to clean the room. It seemed as though they came sporadically and only bothered to empty the trash and put a stack of towels in the room. I chose this property due to cost and the Brittain Rewards program advertised on their website. Beware, you will have to sit through a timeshare presentation to get those rewards.

Great clean resort. Love the restaurant, especially the breakfast buffet. Our server, Enka, is wonderful. She is friendly and very considerate of our needs.

DO NOT STAY HERE! You pay for a resort but you get Dirty! Bugs! Rude staff! FILTHY DIRTY IN HALLS ROOMS ELEVATORS WALKWAYS ROOMS Check in was 4 - we didnt get a room until 5:30 even after driving 12 hours from NY. They could care less. Not even an apology. The manager is rude and not friendly at all. They refused to compensate us. We would NEVER EVER stay here again. A RIP OFF FALSE ADVERTISING. ROOMS ARE DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY.

The cabana was the spot to b. Seats were warm and glasses full. Beach just a few steps away. Definitely going back,can't wait till next year
