Continuation of Skiing Before I went, this ski tour hotel had poor reviews, but in conclusion, it was completely average. Ski inns and guesthouses are like this. It's normal to clean up the dishes yourself, it's like a training camp, and although it's probably classified as a hotel in terms of facilities, I think it's an old-fashioned ski resort. When I applied for the tour, I upgraded to a room with an in-room toilet, but there were no amenities such as towels, boxed tissues, or toothbrushes, but that was okay. In cheap hotels overseas, there are towels, but they're often washed out and look like they've been sanded, and it's normal to not have toothpaste or tissues. I'm grateful to have toilet paper and slippers. The Japanese tenugui I brought looked great in the bathroom. It's light and I recommend it. A small, thin bath towel from Hyakuyen is also useful in the bath. I also appreciated that they let me check in early for only 500 yen when I arrived by bus in the morning. If you're going to spend 300 yen for a paid locker, it's a good deal to put it in your room.The sheets were cleaned, and the toilet was also cleaned. Rented ski wear isn't wet and you choose the right size, so the top and bottom colors don't match, but since it doesn't touch your skin and you wear a ski poncho over it, I don't wash it. I didn't mind the fact that it wasn't there or that it was a different color, but I wonder if people who are particular about hygiene would care. However, it seems like all the inns don't clean the rental clothes, just dry them in the drying room. Rental skis are at the customer's own risk for waxing, so they are not at all beginner-friendly (lol). However, the bindings were well taken care of, so I don't feel any danger other than the skis not slipping. This is where you are expected to be independent in the ski area. Dinner was just the right amount for me, who is on a permanent diet, but it might not be enough for a boy. Refills of white rice were free. You can add meat and vegetables for an additional fee. I think the pricing is reasonable. I thought the company was making an effort. Breakfast was buffet style and delicious with a wide variety of Japanese side dishes, but it did get crowded as everyone rushed into the small space at the same time. The facilities are old, but the staff are all very nice and the additional prices are reasonable. It was normal for me, so I thought online reviews were not very reliable. However, depending on the person's values ​​and experience, this may turn out to be "unbelievable!" and result in a bad review. For me, it includes a 2-day lift ticket, round-trip bus, rental wear and skis, and 1 night with 2 meals, so I'm just grateful that they provide such a service at such a low price.
