Supermooi en groot hotel. Lekker eten, voldoende keuze. Zwembaden proper. Redders aan aquapark supervriendelijk. Treintje heen en terug aquapark. Personeel heel vriendelijk. Door de grootte van hotel kon personeel niet volgen. Heel druk bij de buffetten. Onze kamer werd niet gepoetst, enkel bedden werden opgemaakt. Aan zwembad nooit geen ligbed vrij, om 6.30u was alles reeds gereserveerd. Zwembad beneden was wel altijd plaats maar mijn zoontje kon daar niet zwemmen wegens te diep. Hotel ligt afgelegen voor uitstappen te doen. Op het strand is ook een winkeltje, goedkoper en vriendelijker dan aan het hotel. Ik boekte een massage + gezichtsbehandeling bij aegeo spas bij Vasiliki. Een aanrader. Ik vroeg een diepe massage en kreeg deze ook. Spieren werden goed losgemaakt en ze checkte regelmatig of alles oke was.

Sono arrivato qualche giorno fa per trovare mio figlio e devo dire che il villaggio è davvero molto bello e pulito Riguardo ai ristoranti da italiano, soprattutto da uno del sud devo dire che si mangia davvero bene, soprattutto il buffet italiano con una buona varietà e soprattutto qualità Il personale del bar e della direzione sono sempre stati super disponibili e anche il team di animazione è davvero molto forte Ci ritornerò sicuramente

Alles was perfect, wij hebben echt genoten. Bedden waren goed, eten was heerlijk, kamer was netjes, vriendelijke medewerkers, onze dochter heeft echt naar haar zin gehad. Echt aanrader. Wij waren 7 nachten maar 10 dagen zou nog beter zijn.

We found Fodele beach resort to be really good value for money - we had a lovely holiday, the staff were fun and friendly, the facilities were good. It’s a bit out of the way, there’s not much within walking distance given the heat, but you can easily hire a car on site or book a taxi if you want to go further afield. The app makes checking activities and making bookings very easy, and when we couldn’t get a booking in one of the restaurants that way, we contacted staff and they sorted it out for us. The sunbeds by the main pool get very busy - this is where the “action” is during the day, but we always found space at the smaller pool down by the beach or at the beach itself. It’s on a hillside - so be aware, you will be walking up and down steps a lot. However there is a train (literally) that goes up and down during the day every few minutes (though it was a bit hell for leather!). The food in the main buffet restaurant was really good quality and I would happily have eaten there every evening, but you get variety through the a la carte restaurants as well (although we had the odd “miss” as well as hits when ordering there - namely the “submarine” dessert in the Cretan restaurant!). If I have any constructive feedback it would be: put a mirror in BOTH bedrooms of the family room, and invest in more/better gym equipment (there were only 2 floor mats?). The pay-as-you-go extras such as spa treatments and motorised water sports seemed a bit expensive to me but those are optional obviously and we didn’t miss them.

The best place in Crete where I have been! Clean and tidy hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic atmosphere, beautiful views and absolutely delicious food! All opportunities for sports. Beautiful surroundings for those who like to run.

We spend a lovely time in Fodele Beach Hôtel. Everything is very beautiful (location, swimming pool, room, restaurant). The room is very comfy and clean. The food is very good and various. The staff is nice and smiling. The waterpark is a big good thing. The only bad thing is all people just put a towel on a sunbed and go away for hours, that’s a big shame, the staff should do a round to remove it. We have been each time at the lowest swimming pool, all the sun bed had a towel but the pool was empty !!

Lovely hotel, unlike a lot of all inclusives it felt properly five star. Really clean and well kept. Rooms were great, food was good and the staff were fantastic. Every single staff member, without exception, from the cleaners to the bar staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Big shout out to the Greek BBQ on the beach which was an awesome and memorable meal. Highly recommended. The only real complaint and the reason I'm not giving it 5* is be the quality of the drinks. There was a limited selection of cocktails available in the all inclusive and these were not great. They used proper branded spirits, but the mixers were all just ready made bottles. They were not made with care and attention and it showed, we have had far better cocktails at other hotels. The local beer was not the best either. Hotels like this should really catch up with the world and offer at least offer a pale ale. There were often quite long queues at the bar too.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms for the entire family, good food. Our appartement was almost on top of the hill, but a small train brought us every day from our appartment to the hotel, pool and beach. Thanks for having us. We definitely will come back.
