I booked this hotel because the air conditioner in the room booked by baba next door was broken, and there was no electricity before, and the transportation was inconvenient, so I directly booked the San Marco next door.
The design of the hotel is quite good, but the service is not very considerate, especially the glasses are missing near the swimming pool. I asked the staff at the front desk and the pool bar, and when they heard that something was missing, they immediately said nothing. "Please, I just need your help to find it. I didn't say who is the thief." The hotel staff didn't even ask a question or say help to find it." Very disappointed. Although the hotel has a shuttle and a swimming pool, it is better than the baba next door, but the service quality needs to be improved. Compared with the service concept of a five-star hotel, you need to think about the guests.

Fantastic week at the San Marco Hotel. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. The food, including a great buffet breakfast, was fresh and delicious. The pool area was new and clean and had a great view of the Aegean. I got a relaxing massage at the spa, which was fabulous. They provide a complimentary shuttle bus service into town, which is less than a 10 minute drive, all day and night. Can’t wait to return. Thank you to the staff of the San Marco!

Our stay was so chilled. We booked an executive junior suite and they gave us the Honeymoon suite! Which was incredibly light, airy + clean. Lovely big room with a lovely big comfortable bed. It was like waking up in heaven every morning. The terrace was large with comfortable sunbeds and a pretty bougainvillea around the door to the terrace, great view of the sea. Everyone was kind, friendly + helpful- especially the dark haired waitress ( sorry I missed her name). The food was delicious, with not large but varied menu. The Veranda restaurant was lovely, with fantastic views. The hotel was very chilled, some days a busy vibe, other days quiet- different everyday. There was a bus into + back from the chaos of Mykonos Town which was only a couple miles away. Overall we had a lovely chilled relaxed stay and would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

As a New Yorker traveling for the first time, I appreciated the hotel shuttle. The property itself was peaceful, beautiful, tranquil and very clean. The pool area was cozy. The staff were friendly. The hotel is also situated near the beaches and close enough to the town. It was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend staying here.

We had an AMAZING time staying at Epic Blue part of San Marco Luxury Hotels and Villas. We have never been to Mykonos and the views, accommodations, staff, and food were fabulous. The room was so nice and we spent many hours day and night relaxing by the pool and enjoying the food. The morning breakfasts are wonderful and the free shuttle from the hotel makes going to the town so easy! The staff were lovely and took such great care of us. We can’t wait to visit again!

The San Marco Resort was an absolutely magical place with its stunning beauty and lovely accommodations it was the perfect place to celebrate a 42nd wedding anniversary. The staff was super accommodating and even sent us a bottle of wine and fruit to help us celebrate! Everything was comfortable, clean and such a lovely place to relax. The views were absolutely breathtaking! One of the best places on earth!
