The overall environment, service and breakfast are average. When I checked in, I also encountered the problem that the hotel did not receive money from the local agent and the check-in was delayed for two hours.

Amazing Service, Spacious Rooms, Close to Beaches
This hotels service was some of the best I have ever experienced. All the staff were not only friendly but the most helpful and reliable as well. Anytime my wife and I needed to book something, including lunch or dinner reservations the reception took care of it for us and gave us amazing recommendations. The pool area is really nice and having breakfast next to it was a nice touch. The rooms were spacious, eco-friendly and very clean. Could not ask for anything better during our stay here.

Not a 5 star hotel, basic 4 star
It is not a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Arrival: There was nobody to help us with the language and our car. There is parking below the hotel so you have to walk up the hill and take your luggage. Since the hotel is very far away from the city center ( 25 min drive) they only have 2 shuttles per day. We have stayed in other 5 star hotels in Myconos and they had departures every 20-30 min. The room is very basic, with no special amenities. Mattress is very bad, they don't even have a conditioner in the bathroom. At the breakfast, they don't notice you that the breakfast was about to end ( 11.00 AM) but just when we asked at 11.05 to have another macchiato they told us that now we have to pay it extra since only till 11.00 AM the coffee and juice was included and from 11.00 on is not. This is definitely not 5-star service not having a basic macchiato in breakfast. Breakfast is very basic also. Definitely not a 5 star hotel but it is a 5 star price.

NON CI METTEREMO PIEDE MAI PIÙ Sicuramente non all’altezza di un 5 stelle e nemmeno di un 4 stelle!! La nostra camera era in una palazzina in cima all’area dell’hotel dove non c’erano nemmeno ancora le piante e tutto intorno sembrava un’area di cantiere. La stanza non era adeguatamente pulita: camminando scalze, la sporcizia si notava subito dai piedi. TERRIBILI LE ZANZARE!!!!!! Non c’è stato niente da fare: Autan a tutto spiano, zampironi e fornelletti non servivano a niente!!!! Finestre chiuse, luci spente ma al mattino alle 4 arrivavano puntualissime!! Tutto tutto tutto a pagamento!! PERSINO LE CIALDE DEL CAFFÈ IN CAMERA A PAGAMENTO che all’hotel costeranno 0,20 centesimi, ma sarebbero una cosa carina da parte loro offrire questa comodità che troviamo sempre nei 5 stelle e anche nei buoni 4 stelle. La SPA PRATICAMENTE INESISTENTE E A PAGAMENTO E SU PRENOTAZIONE (solite cose scritte in piccolissimo). Ultimo ma non per importanza: iIL MENU SEMPRE UGUALE PER TUTTA LA SETTIMANA (ma forse per tutto il mese o la stagione) cosi si poteva scegliere tra 3 antipasti, 3 primi e 3 secondi tutti i giorni uguale!!!!L’unica cosa un po’ particolare ( le sardine) ci hanno detto che non erano più in stagione, ma in tutta l’isola si mangiavano eccome!! IL “PIATTO DEL GIORNO” SEMPRE LO STESSO TUTTI I GIORNI!!! Personale assolutamente non formato per un 5 stelle COLAZIONE MOLTO MOLTO LIMITATA E SCARNA
