We really liked this place because of how spacious it was. It is basically an airbnb. However, we did not realize how windy everything was so if you aren't in summer months, be prepared. Views are great, Service is awesome and you can get them to help with reserving other things. I would definitely go hear again but you 100% need to rent a car. taxis get expensive "all the way (25 min)" out there. Remember, this is Katikies Villas and not the regular hotel more centrally located to the main town. If you want to party and be more inside of all the Mykonos vibes, choose a spot closer to town. We had a car so it was easy for us to get places we wanted to go.

Vacaciones soñadas en Katikies villas. Realmente lo pasamos espectacular. Las villas son lindisimas, súper amplias, con pileta y terraza propia, con una vista divina, te podes quedar todo el día contemplando ese paraíso La atención de Vaggelis Tzaridis no pudo haber sido mejor. En todo momento pendiente que todo este bien, que lo estemos pasando bárbaro, solucionando todo y dándonos las mejores recomendaciones, muy atento y siempre con una sonrisa. Un placer que te reciban así! Volveremos sin dudarlo!!! Para mis hijos fueron las mejores vacaciones!!!! Gracias denuevo Vaggelis Tzaridis

Condivido questa recensione affinchè tutti gli ospiti facciano molta attenzione. Ho prenotato questa villa per conto di miei clienti e durante il loro soggiorno hanno subito un gravissimo furto. E' stata fatta sparire la cassaforte, senza nessuno scasso su porte e finestre. Chi ha organizzato questo furto ha lasciato sul tavolo documenti, carte di credito e biglietti di viaggio. tutto questo è stato fatto affinchè gli ospiti potessero continuare la vacanza senza creare troppi problemi. Nonostante la denuncia alla polizia di Mykonos e le varie richieste per visionare le registrazioni delle camere la proprietà non ha dimostrato nessuna collaborazione. Fate attenzione. l'accaduto è già stato denunciato in modo formale agli organi competenti e ad ******* tramite il quale è stata fatta la prenotazione.

I would avoid Katikies Villas at all costs. I don't often write reviews, but this experience was exceptionally bad. Firstly, Mykonos is not that pretty and particularly anything special, Paros is far nicer and sophisticated in my opinion. The Katikies villas added to this disappointment, on a number of levels: - Plunge pool ice cold and unusable. - Loungers were stained and dirty. - Outside seating worn and threadbare. - Outside area of the villa was unclear. - Breakfast delivered in a cardboard box and was dreadful. - Remote location makes it difficult without a car, but the roads are chaos and taxi's very expensive. The actual villa itself was fine, but very average.

The villas are very nice, if you’re seeking an Airbnb-like experience. However, if you prefer a hotel experience, this is not the place for you. Since they are no longer associated with Leading Hotels of the World, many amenities and services are no longer offered. This was not communicated to us at any point. Although they market themselves as a luxurious property, I did not feel the luxury during my stay. Many advertised features were not available. For instance, we were supposed to receive a welcome basket, but it was not provided. The breakfast was also disappointing; instead of a plated meal, we received a boxed breakfast that felt like a McDonald's Happy Meal. Additionally, there are no dining options on-site. You must order food through an Uber-like website. The property does not offer transfers either, only booking services, which are significantly overpriced. For example, a transfer arranged by the concierge was €80 each way, while we found our own transfer for €45. The villas are beautiful and each comes with a private pool, which is nice. However, you could probably get a similar experience by booking an Airbnb. I would not stay here again.

I stayed at Katikies Mykonos, and it was truly impressive. The villa was exceptionally clean, had a beautiful outlook, and the staff were respectful, amazing, and incredibly helpful. It's definitely one of the best hotels I've ever visited.

From start to finish the service at Katakies Villas was top notch!!! Ellie and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful on helping us plan a memorable family vacation. The accommodations were amazing with breathtaking views, a great outdoor space, and fabulous breakfasts. The villas were spacious and extremely clean. Loved every moment of our stay!!!
