Antonio è stato per noi un host fantastico e la sua struttura è stata quella di cui avevamo bisogno: si trova sopra una piccola caletta con un mare meraviglioso e due beach bar ma nonostante questo trasmette grande pace e calma.
È in una zona esterna dall’isola, a 5 minuti dal villaggio di Ano Mera e a 15 minuti di auto dal centro città ma se cercate la parte pacifica dell’isola questo è il posto che fa assolutamente per voi.
La camera viene pulita tutte le mattine, sono piccolini monolocali quindi il cucinino ha a disposizione tutto quello che vi può servire anche per consumare pasti all’interno, inoltre oltre ai teli doccia Antonio lascia in dotazione teli puliti per la spiaggia o per la terrazza con idromassaggio che è la vera chicca di queste camere!!
Torneremo sicuramente !!

We were so happy with our stay. We booked this place because of proximity to Penelope Village, where our son's basketball team was staying. We reserved the three bedroom two bathroom for 5 people. The beds were comfortable, and the ACs worked great. We had a full kitchen. And the views! Our host, Antonis, was excellent. Arranged for car rentals and gave excellent advice on how to enjoy Mykonos. It was a wonderful stay.

C’est une endroit paradisiaque la vu c’est magnifique . La chambre très agréable très propre le terrasse est top pour un bon apéro et bronzer aussi . L’accueil super gentil , je vous conseille aller sans hésiter . La plage 🏖️ est 3 m à pied c’est la meilleure endroit Kalo Livadi . Bon vacances à tous

Foi maravilhoso! Ficamos em um quarto quádruplo com pequena cozinha e uma varanda grande, com jacuzzi e com vista direta para a praia Kalo Livadi, que certamente é uma das melhores para banho de mar. A vista da varanda é espetacular! O Antonis é um excelente anfitrião, nos recebendo e nos ajudando em todas as questões, desde dicas sobre Mykonos, aluguel de carro, transfer, etc. Indico o Sea Side e agradeço muito toda atenção dada à minha família!

What a time at seaside studios!! This was absolutely perfect. Antonis gave us a free upgrade for our room and it was unreal! He answered all our questions and always available on whatsapp. He was so helpful! The villa was clean with a beautiful view, hot tub and everything we could have asked for

Excellent view with the best services i ' ve ever experienced! The beach is approachable in a few steps. The best value by the way is Mr Andonis, the owner...Generous, kind, a true host.. I would definetely recommend it to everyone and hope to go again in the future.

ottima esperienza, stanze modeste ma ospitali, vista spettacolare sulla spiaggia di Kalo Livadi, ho potuto godere di tramonti mozzafiato direttamente dal mio balcone. Antonis ottimo padrone di casa, sempre disponibile ad aiutarci e darci consigli di viaggio, un ringraziamento particolare a lui per la sua gentilezza. sul posto, dobbiamo dire che si trova molto fuorimano e lontano dal centro (non per tutti è un difetto) ma avere un mezzo con cui spostarsi è necessario (meglio una macchina viste le strade tortuose), nei pressi della struttura ci sono solo i ristoranti degli stabilimenti balneari di Kalo Livadi e quasi sempre vuoti (forse per il prezzo). a pochi minuti di auto, troverete ANO MERA un caratteristico borgo di pescatori, dove troverete locande tipiche, supermercato, forno ed altri servizi essenziali dove poter fare i vostri acquisti quotidiani.
